هل فشلت العلوم والتكنالوجيا في تحقيق أهدافها؟

هذا السؤال لا يعجبه الكثيرون حيث أنهم يرون نهوضهم في العلوم والتكنالوجيا. إنهم يعتبرونها أداة ستبدل ضعفهم بالقوة وذلهم بالعزة وسيئآتهم بالحسنات. نظام تعليم أولادهم وبناتهم، طريقة عيشهم وأفكارهم يشير إلى بذل  قصارى جهودهم في الحصول  عليها ليؤسسوا مستقبلهم الجديد راكباً على عجلات العلوم والتكنالوجيا.

لكنهم لا يعرفون هذه الحقيقة أنها لم تلقي نتائج مثمرة رغم شهرتها وتدخلاتها في حياة الإنسان ورغم كون جزئها في حياتنا اليومية.

على الرغم من ذلك أن الإنسان لا يمكن لهم الإستغناء عنها خاصة في هذا الزمن، فشل العلوم والتكنالوجيا في تحقيق أهدافها قد بدا واضحاً.

فالجنين يقتل في بطن أمه، تقتل البنات بدون خجل وبدون خوف، الأبرياء تقتل بدون سبب ، دول ضعيفة تخسر كل شيئ حيث أن القوى الكبرى لها مصلحة فيها، نظام العائلة الذي قد إنهار في الغرب ينهار في دول تعتبر العلوم والتكنالوجيا رمزاً للتقدم والرقي، هناك قتل وعنف وإرهاب وجوع وظلم وعدوان وتعذيب وأعمال يقوم بها الإنسان تسبب في قتل مئات الآلاف من الأبرياء وتشريدهم وإجبارهم ليعيشوا في الفقر والذل. وهناك قرى ومدن قد عم الفقر هناك والناس يموتون جوعاً، معظمهم لا يجدون مياه الشرب العذبة ، أوضاعهم ومعيشتهم لا يمكن بيانها حيث أن الحكومات في العالم عاجزة عن معالجة صعوبات ومشاكل حياتهم الصعبة.  

سواءً تعترف أم لا ، هذه حقيقة أن العلوم والتكنالوجيا قد فشلت في كل الميدان. إنها فشلت في المحلات التجارية حيثما الخدع قد أصبح ذريعة لكسب المال، إنها فشلت في المكاتب والدوائر الحكومية حيثما يحكم الفساد. إنها فشلت في السجون التي ملئت بالمجرمين بدون إلقاء نتيجة مثمرة في إصلاحهم أو إيقاف الجرائم والمجرمين الذين ينشأهم المجتمع الذي يدعي أن العلوم والتكنالوجيا تقدر أن تحل القضايا الإجتماعية والعائلية والحكومية. إنها لم تحقق نتائج ملموسة في تقليص  الرشوة والفساد المالي الذي يحدث في المجتمع. إنها لم تثبت أنها كيف تنهي الدعارة التي منتشرة في أنحاء العالم ، إنها لم توضح أنها كيف تعالج الناس المصابين بالإيدز في حين يزيد عددهم يومياً.

تمكن الإنسان في تصنيع الصواريخ الفتاكة الحاملة للأسلحة النووية التي ناتجة عن التحقيق في العلوم والتكنالوجيا لكنه لا يستطيع أن كيف يوقف القتل والإغتصابات والإختطاف وظاهرة التحرش الجنسي، والتمييز الذي يقع بشكل يومي في المجتمع، فهناك سلسلة لا نهاية لها للفشل وعدم قدرتها في تقديم حل للقضايا التي لم يتم حلها حتى الآن رغم وجود دعاوي كثيرة للتخلص عنها.

الدول التي تفتخر في قدرتها وسلطتها في صناعة الآلات التكنالوجية وتفكر إستخدامها كآلة تمحو الفساد و تطلع الشرطة أو المسؤولين الحكوميين في حالة وقوع حادث أو قتل أو إغتصاب تعاني ضغوطاً كثيرة من الجوانب في تحسين الأوضاع المتدهورة التي تضع أمن المجتمع في الخطر.

ها هو الوضع أن العمال في العالم يطالبون المساواة والعدل ، الطبقات الضعيفة والأقليات تطالب العدالة والحقوق ، وكذلك هناك مظاهرات وإحتجاجات وإضرابات عن الطعام والعمل وهي ليست للتلفزيون أو للكمبيوتر أو للثلاجات ، بل إنها للحقوق، حقوق الحرية ، حقوق العيش والمساواة.

هل هذه ليست حقيقة أن الصواريخ والقنابل  والطائرات بلا طيار والكمبيوتر غير قادرة عن إستجابة في تحسين ظروف معيشة المحتاجين والمساكين الذين يعيشون في أنحاء العالم؟

هل هذا لا يكفي في إثبات فشل العلوم والتكنالوجيا، هل هذه ليست عوامل تقع في أي مجتمع؟

كيف يمكن الإعتماد عليها وهي عاجزة عن حل قضايا الناس وكيف يمكن أن نصر بأن النجاح والفوز يكمن في العلم الذي يخلو من الروح الحقيقي وغير قادر في إستجابة تحديات الأزمنة ومتطلباتها.

Reasons led the fall of Ottoman Empire

Multiple factors generated a vital role in the fall of Ottoman Empire, one of the most power empires for several centuries.

Historians say that one of the reasons broke the back of this great Empire pushing it on way of decline was the block, led by Christian countries, that put this Empire under its constant attacks, invasions, sedition and conspiracies to crush the Empire that had enlightened the West and Europe through its Islamic teaching and moral values abolishing so many old and inhuman traditions and culture were common in Western and European society at that time. 

After recognizing the factors of the decline of Empire, the efforts were made to address all the mistakes but it was proved too little too late. And finally, this great Empire collapsed completely after years of insurgency, invasions, attacks, lack of Islamic system, and growing the threat of emerging groups in various territories of Ottoman Empire.

Endless wars and violence in Muslim countries

Since two world wars ended, a series of wars, violence and conflicts have been taking place in Muslim countries or, where the Muslims live in majority. Establishment of Israel, Arab-Israeli-wars, Suez war (1956), wars in Somalia, Iran Iraq war, massacre of Bosnian Muslims, Iraq-Kuwait-war, Iraq wars, Gulf war, Afghanistan wars, 9/11 attacks, Terror campaign, Sudan war, Islamophobia, bans on building of minarets, bans on wearing veil, Gaza wars (2008-2009) Muslim prisoners in Guantanamo, and finally a long war on terror and illegal drone attacks throughout the world are all related and tied to one aim.

Who are behind these wars and violence?

There were certain blocks, at the time of Ottoman Empire, who did not let it to exit and live safe, secure and free from violence.

This time, when the era has advanced, the blocks are same, though faces have been changed; way of work has been moderated, slogans, thoughts, terms, ideologies, targets and the way of destruction have been revolutionized.

In past, Muslims had been making intensive efforts to keep their borders, citizens, resources, territories and regions safe and secure averting invasions and conspiracies.

In 21^st century, Muslim countries climate is same with little bit changes. In past, they failed in quashing such blocks even they collapsed; in present, the scenario is same without registering any remarkable move.

The supreme aim behind these plots

The target was very clear. The aim was evident. The purpose was the destruction and ruing of peace in Muslim countries without giving them a single opportunity to take their power back or pose any threat to others.

These aims were same when Ottoman Empire was under constant invasion by the block. The same aim dominates this time too. Muslim countries' resources, economic, political circles, their culture, religious identities are under extreme occupation of the same block.

There have been intensive efforts for decades for not allowing Muslims and Muslim countries to live in peaceful climate and they do think about development and growth.

Certain powers of the world do not want to let them free to live and grow in calm environment that is why after ending an issue: a new unrest, a new campaign and a new propaganda to be generated to encounter them. This conspiracy was exited when Ottoman Empire was in power and its borders had been expanding. The same attitude stands this time, because there is no logic to drag Muslims, Muslim countries into trouble humiliating Islam, Qura'an and their messenger, irrigating Muslims religious sentiments.

The supreme aim was to make Muslims defenseless, desolate and down-and-out from being a strongest nation in the world. 

Muslims' intensive efforts to get rid from the influence of the same bloc did not show significant result till now.

Peace is necessary for development

Development, growth, education, innovation, reformations and offering peaceful environment to generation so that it is able to demonstrate its god-gifted skill are tied to peace, calm, harmony and stability in countries political situation.

If Muslim youths have been lagging behind in education and in other sectors, or Muslim countries unable to offer stable governments to their citizens, it's men peace does not exit there. Wars, violence, ethnic conflicts and political uncertainty are shattering their dreams and are not allowing them to concentrate on their future's target.

The same environment played an active role in shattering the foundations of Ottoman Empire. Wars, insurgency and threat from certain quarters dragged it to the way of collapse.

What the way out

Though conspiracies always been hatched, enemies always tried to shatter the foundations of Muslim countries, the efforts always been made to wipe us out from the map, the Muslims, holding precious Islamic heritage that taught the world a lessen of humanity and human rights, still dominates in the world, Islamic traditions still exit here that is why, I say, there is no way out for Muslims except following the way of Islam because all roads bound to fall and decline. Others may get success on moving in same track, but for Muslims, there is no way except Islam because this religion and its teaching are for all and for everyone. It removes injustice, corruption, ethnic and color slogans, establishes justice, peace and offers solution to all problems Muslims have been facing and trying to remove them through imported culture. But the million dolor question is who will accept it especially when worldly technology influenced them?

هل نهوض العالم الإسلامي مرتبط بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا؟

يربط عدد كثير من المسلمين سقوط العالم الإسلامي بتخلف المسلمين في العلوم والتكنالوجيا. إنه يرى أن نهوضه يكمن فيها حيث أن الشعوب التي تحكم العالم وتعد أكبر قوى لديها آلات نووية، والتكنالوجيا الحديثة التي تساعدها في البقاء في العالم كأقوى قوم وشعب وبلاد.

هذه الفكرة تستمر منذ عقود وبدون التفكر فيها. موضوع مؤتمراتنا ومحاضراتنا وصحفنا، ومجلاتنا يتركز على شئي واحد وهو سقوط العالم الإسلامي بسبب ترك المسلمين العلوم والتكنالوجيا.

حكومات وبلدان وطبقات مثقفة ووسائل الإعلام في دول مسلمة وعربية لا تترك أي لحظة إلا إنها تصر على هذه الفكرة التي تربط نهوض العالم الإسلامي والمسلمين بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا.

لكن التاريخ الذي يشاهد تطورات تحدث في العالم منذ آلاف السنين يرفض تلك الفكرة التي تتعارض مع الحقائق التي تقع على أرض الواقع.

هناك أمثال توضح أن الشعوب التي كانت أقوى في الأسلحة والإقتصاد وإستخدام القنوات التكنالوجية الفتاكة فشلت تماماً أمام الشعوب والبلدان التي كانت لا تتحمل أسلحة حديثة وتكنالوجياً متطورة.

هل نسي المسلمون بلاداً مسلمةً تحارب مع القوى الطاغية منذ عقود وبدون أسلحة نووية. هذا البلد ليس هو إلا أفغانستان لا سيما الشعب الأفغاني يقدم مثالاً رائعاً ومهماً أمام الطبقة التي تربط نهوض العالم الإسلامي بالعلوم والتكنالوجيا.

ها هو الشعب الأفغاني الذي كسر هيمنة الإمبراطورية البريطانية ، والإتحاد السوفيتي وإنه حالياً يحارب مع الولايات المتحدة منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات، وكل منها لا تستطيع أن تعلن أنها حققت نجاحاً هناك.

فيتنام يعرفها العالم بسبب حربها مع الولايات المتحدة وإلحاقها بالهزيمة  التي لم ينساها الشعب الأمريكي رغم مرورسنوات على الحرب التي تكشف الفرق الحقيقي بين البلاد لديها اسلحة متطورة وقوات بآلاف وبلاد ليس لديها شيئ إلا العزيمة والقوة التي تدفعها لمقاتلة مع العدو القوي.

أمثلة كثيرة توجد في التاريخ تدل على هزيمة البلدان رغم أنها كانت أقوى وتفوق عسكريتها على القوى الأخرىوفوز البلدان والجماعات التي كانت ليس لديها أسلحة وألات حديثة لكنها حققت الفوز والنصر.

يقول الله تبارك وتعالى "كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة بإذن الله" (القرآن)

فربط سقوط العالم الإسلام بتخلف المسلمين في العلوم والتكنالوجيا غير صائب، وهذا يوضح من دولة مسلمة لديها ترسانة نووية ورغم أنها غير قادرة أن تحل القضايا التي تتعلق بالهجوم الجوي من طائرة بلا طيار وهي الدولة ليست إلا هي دولة مسلمة.

الحقيقة التي يرفضها المسلمون وليسوا راضياً لقبولها أنهم تركوا الدين الإسلامي والطريقة الصحيحة التي ذكرت في القرآن والسنة محاولةً في إتباع الأديان والثقافة التي فقدت قوتها وذهبت ريحتها.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى أعز المسلمين بالإسلام وبالتعليمات التي جاءت من الله تبارك وتعالى والقوانين التي أنزلت لهم ليعتصموا بها بالقوة في أي حال من الأحوال وفي أي أوضاع. لكنهم إتبعوا طرق الضالين.

فلا فوز ولا نجاح إلا في إتباع دين الله وسنة رسوله سواءً إنهم أقوياءّ أو ضعفاءّ و سواءً لديهم العلوم والتكنالوجيا أو أسلحةّ نوويةّ.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم

"ولا تهنوا ولا تحزنوا وأنتم الأعلون إن كنتم مؤمنين" (القرآن)

هل العالم مستعد لإعتراف الإسلام؟

مناطق مسلمة في العالم تمر بالحروب والصراعات والعنف والتدخل الأجنبي، بينما الحملات العلمية والثقافية والدينية الكاذبة ضد الإسلام والمسلمين مستمرة.

لا يستطيع أحد أن يفهم الهدف وراء تلك الحروب والصراعات والإعتقالات التي تؤيدها الدول القوية سراً وعلناً في مناطق مسلمة.

فهناك حملات عسكرية في بعض البلدان المسلمة، وحملات كاذبة عن طريق وسائل الإعلام التي يشارك فيها كتاب وشخصيات يقذفون السم على الإسلام والتواريخ الإسلامية والأحكامات الإسلامية ويسخرون دين الله ورسوله. كذلك هناك حملات ضد الشعائر الإسلامية بمنع النساء المسلمات من إرتداء النقاب وعدم سماح المسلمين الملتحين العمل في الشركات والمحلات التجارية.

يبدو أن الهدف وراء تلك شتى الحملات هو منع الشعوب الأخرى من التوجه إلى الدين الإسلامي الحنيف و من الذهاب إلى مراكز إسلامية محلية  لكي لا تتعلم شيئاً من الدين الحنيف الذي يضمن حياةً سعيدةً لكل من يتوجه إليه بالصدق ورضا الله.

نلخص هذا كل شيئ على النحو التالي:-

أولاً - تعزيز وجود الإسلام في أمريكا والدول الأوروبية رغم وجود العقبات السياسية والقانونية دال على تزايد أعداد المسلمين هناك.

ثانياً - الإسلام ليس فقط إسم لبعض الطقوس ، بل هو دين كامل يشمل جميع الأعمال في              الحياة.

ثالثاً -  هذا الدين يستطيع أن يغير إنساناً أو شخصاً أو جماعةً أو شعباً في أي لحظة.

رابعاً- وجود الحكمة في التعاليم الإسلامية أهم سبب وراء ظهوره كأقوى الدين في العالم. هنا مثال واحد فقط وهو الصلوات الخمس في الإسلام.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى فرض الصلوات الخمس على المسلمين من الرجال والنساء. هذه الصلوات الخمس تطلب منهم بعض الأشياء لتقام بها.

أولاً - على المسلمين أن يكونوا طاهراً: هذا العمل يمنع المسلمين من الأمراض البدنية والنفسية ويخرجهم من المواقع الضالة الممنوعة للمسلمين.

ثانياً -على المسلمين أن يتوضئووا قبل التوجه إلى أداء الصلواة. هذا العمل يطهر اليدين  والوجه والرأس والرجلين ،غسل تلك الأعضاء ضمان للصحة أيضاً.

ثالثاً- قبل التوجه إلى أداء الصلواة ، على المسلمين أن يحفظوا بعض الآيات القرآنية والدعاء ليتلوها في الصلوات . هذا الشيئ يبعد الجهل من المسلمين ويعلمهم ليعيشوا كقوم مثقف.

رابعاً-  أداء الصلوات الخمس في المسجد أمر ضروري للمسلمين. هذا العمل يبعد الكسول ويشجع المسلمين أن يضعوا أنفسهم دائماً في الحركة.

وكذلك هناك حكمة كثيرة في جميع الأحكامات والأعمال والتعليمات الإسلامية التي جاءت في القرآن والسنة.

فالحكمة وراءها هي أهم أساس في بقاء الإسلام في العالم ، حيث أنها مبنية على أرض الواقع.

فالحركات والحملات والقوات والبلدان التي فتحت أبواب الصراعات والعنف أمام المسلمين وتدفعهم في الحروب والعنف لتمنعهم وغير المسلمين من التوجه إلى الصراط المستقيم الذي قد ذكر في القرآن والسنة لا تستطيع أن تقف أمام الإسلام بالحكمة وبدون السلاح وبالكلمات التي مبنية على الحقائق حيث إنها لا تدري كيف تحارب مع الدين الذي يعم في العالم بدون عنف وبدون إستخدام قنبلة واحدة.

فلا يمكن لأعداء الإسلام أن يقاوم مع الإسلام بالأسلحة والدراجات النارية والطائرات القتالية حيث أن الإسلام لا يحتاج تلك الأسلحة ، فإنهم فتحوا جبهات جديدة وتبنوا بعض الحملات لتضع بعض المسلمين في الهدف فإنهم أخذوا الإصطلاحات ليطلعوا العالم أن كيف بعض المسلمين خطر للعالم تبريراً لعملياتهم الدموية والحملات العسكرية التي تهدف إلى إضعاف قوة المسلمين في العالم.

هذا الدين يعم في العالم كله ولو هناك عقبات وحروب وصراعات لأنه يضمن حياة سعيدة وحياة بعيدة عن العنف والظلم والتمييز واللون.

على أعداء الإسلام أن يعترفوا قوة روحانية مخفية في التعاليم الإسلامية بدلاً أن يقاتلوا ويرسلوا قوات خاصة حيث أن القتال والحروب ليس في صالح أحد إقتصادياً وأمنياً وبشرياً.

إعتراف حكمة الإسلام وقوته الإلهية هو أفضل شيئ للأمن والسلامة في العالم وفي مدن وقرى. هل العالم مستعد لإعتراف تلك الحقيقة؟

هل العالم مستعد ليضع أوزار الحروب ويتعامل مع الإسلام والمسلمين معاملة حسنة كما إنه يتعامل مع الأديان الأخرى ومؤيديها في أنحاء العالم.

Nowadays, education grabs an extra attention across the glob. Governments, across the world, have been making efforts to ensure education to every citizen. In India, Central government has introduced a law called RTE act 2009 to offer education to every citizen, irrespective of his religion, caste and color.

Such as, there are so many countries adopted laws to deliver education to everyone paying out millions on reformations in syllabus as well as in educational institutions.

There have been efforts to deliver education to students through computers and through other electronic equipments. Majority of people believe in good education which makes society and public civilized.

There are so many educational and technical institutions, which are delivering good and effective education, exit in the society. Tens of thousands of students of these famous and elite institutions got good job, settled in their own life or serving the community, or have become ministers, ambassadors, MPs, CEOs, directors etc. Despite of these facts why does society face crimes like rapes, kidnapping, sexual harassments, deception, and cheating in all levels? Why does society live in fear? Why does everyone feel insecure even in his own home? Why do growing educational institutions leave no effects on the ground? If common man or families or women or girls live in fear from criminals, or educated persons turn rapists, killers, blackmailers, kidnap their own friends and ask ransom to free them, or if educated classes land in prostitution, or corruption takes place in private and in government sectors even in the hands of educated people, then, its mean here is something that is not good and not in favor of any one in education. It makes evident that current educational system, which is unable to solve social problems of society and homes, has holes and spaces.

Insisting on revision of syllabus taught in schools and in universities is nonsense for many, however, apparently current educational system that makes Youths engineers, technicians, scientists, directors, has failed completely to keep society free from crimes.

This time, education is to be believed a source that will erase bad eggs from society keeping it clean from crimes, but it did not happen. This time, more crimes are being carried out by the students who have come out from famous and prominent institutions. The tragedy is, governments do not think to reconsider on that issue because they understand that the syllabus is being taught in schools and universities are unchangeable. If the syllabus are good and appropriate and need not to be changed then why educated classes and university graduates are getting involved in so huge numbers in many crimes? If the education is being thrown out in educational institutions is good then why these educated classes are helpless in the face of criminal activities in countries. Why does society still live in the barriers of religion, race and color? Why does discrimination still exist in society? Why countries oppressed classes complain discrimination and injustice in development projects or in other projects are being installed by governments?

Why do women and girls whether they are in higher position or not, are subject to sexual harassments by their bosses? Why does massacre happen? Why is there gulf between poor and rich? Education ruins these barriers, education makes people civilized. Education downplays discriminations to poor classes, as it is claimed, then, why, and despite of growing educational institutions, countries, society, public and governments stranded in trouble and unable to solve so many issues arise on daily basis.

Whether it is accepted or not, the fact dominates on the ground, and the truth is that the educational system in all countries has been collapsed and failed to throw out good results society wants to see them.

The failure of educational institutions is evident to all. These educational institutions are unable to produce the generation serves the country and glob for peace and for a peaceful life.

It is high time for countries to re-consider the syllabus is being taught in universities and schools so that a better syllabus that be good for society be installed and be produced.

أوضاع المسلمين في العالم

أوضاع المسلمين في العالم

المسلمون في العالم سواءً هم يعيشون في بلدان مسلمة أوغير مسلمة، أوضاعهم السياسية والإقتصادية والتعليمية متدهورة جداً ورغم وجود منظمات ومؤسسات لجلب التوعية فيهم هناك لا يوجد تغيير واسع في أوضاعهم.

هذا يقع لأنهم يروون التقدم والإزدهار في الطريقة التي لم تذكر في القرآن الكريم بل هذا الكتاب العظيم الذي أنزل للهداية يمنع المسلمين والجميع عن إختيار الطرق الضالة التي لن يخرج منها شيئ يفيد الناس.

عدد حضور المسلمين من الشباب والكبار في المساجد لأداء الصلوات الخمس دال على حالتهم الدينية الراهنة.

حقوق العباد وحقوق الجيران وحقوق المرضى وحقوق الضعفاء واتباع سنن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم متجنباً من الحرام والظلم والكذب والخدع وإشعال الفتنة قد أصبحت شيئاً مفقوداً, إنهم تركوا سنن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم واتبعوا طرق الغرب الضالة لأجل مستقبل مشرق.

الشعب الذي ترك دينه وسنة نبيه، والتعليمات التي أنزلت من السماء، هل يمكن له أن يعيش كقوم قوي وكقوم شجاع؟ هل يمكن له أن يحقق أهدفه؟ هل يمكن له أن يشرق مستقبله؟

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في كتابه العظيم ، والعصر * إن الإنسان لفي خسر * الا الذين امنوا وعملوا الصالحات * وتواصوا بالحق وتواصوا بالصبر  . صدق الله العظيم

هي حقيقة أن المسلمين يعيشون اليوم كشعب ضعيف ، كشعب لا يعلم هدفه، كشعب بلا قوة دينية وروحانية، كشعب مقهور ، أعداءهم يهاجمون عليهم من كل فج عميق ، وهناك مؤامرة دينية ، وسياسية، وعرقية لمحو الدين الإسلامي وأصحابه ، وها هو المسلمون ، صاحب الدين الإسلامي وأمين دين محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم يروون الرقي والإزدهار في الطرق الضالة والتعليمات الفاشلة والقوانين التي عاجزة عن حل أمور الناس.

UP Muslims need work on the ground

Appointment of Mr. Javed Usmani, an IAS officer of 1978 batch, as a chief secretary of Utter Pradesh in the government led by  Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, a youngest Chief Minister of UP, will not work in uplifting Muslim's economic and educational backwardness in UP.

There is not a particular field which requires a little attention, but there is every sector which requires extra cautions, comprehensive work, long and effective strategy and bold political will, without interfering in Muslim's religious issues and in their minority educational institutions giving a peaceful environment to Muslims to go ahead toward progressive track.

It is good for the country as well as for the Muslim community that a Muslim senior IAS officer appointed to such respected and higher post; however, such appointment alone cannot change the fate of Muslims in UP, who are languishing in jails for terror charges, the Muslims who take to street from one to another to sell out something to earn few rupees to feed their children, the Muslims who have been waiting financial assistance to reduce little burden of their bitter daily life, the Muslim areas, localities and streets that need an urgent attention of state government, as well as, local administration to make life more comfortable.

Two decisions, first is the financial assistance of Rs 30000 to every Muslim girl, who clears her intermediate examination, irrespective of her parent's income source and all castes among Muslim community and the second of construction of boundary wall around the Muslim graveyards,  taken by Akhilesh Yadav government will benefit Muslim community if they get implementations fairly.

Besides it, the future of Muslim youths arrested from UP, and have been in various Indian jails, opening the doors of government jobs to Muslim youths and creating more jobs in various government sectors need an urgent attention.

More importantly, security and safety of Muslim community, shops, homes and their financial hubs is a core issue. Many fascists forces response very quickly on any minor issue attaching destructions to Muslim community. Keeping State free from violence should be priority of current UP government.

Muslim's electoral strategy in Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2012 led SP to gain full majority enough to form government without getting support from any other political parties.

SP got a chance this time to win the hearts of Muslims of UP by the work on the ground and not just appointment of some Muslims on higher posts.

Past experiences suggest that appointment of Muslims on higher post left little bit effects on the ground.  APJ Abdul Kalam was the president of India. There are various institutions set up for the welfare of Muslim community. There are enough numbers of Muslim MPs in Parliament. In spite of these facts, Muslim's conditions on the ground are changeless. From bottom to top, Muslims have been demanding, agitating and demonstrating against the deliberate negligence by states and central governments, but in vain.

This time, Muslim's hopes are on high from SP government. Since Mr. Akhilesh Yadav has taken over the charge of Chief Minister of UP, Muslims are looking at him for a bold and strategic steps.

Families of the innocent Muslim youths have been arrested on terror charges are waiting so patiently the steps by current government.

Muslims stand by a hope for the policy that will upgrade their life style in UP.

Let us see which way the wind blows in UP which enjoys a new government under a new and youngest leader with a lot of Muslims in cabinet and in assembly.
