Belief, India and society

Is "Astha" and "Belief" above the law? Ignoring proof and facts, can Court give its verdict as per belief? If Court begins to settle every case, particularly, the cases are related to religious places, according to faith, I do not think that a country like India can survive, because here hundreds and thousands of religions are part of the society and every believer of every religion has different faith and belief in different fields of life.

So what every part of India to be divided into pieces as different believers of different religion have different belief about every part of the country.

What the outcome appeared from the verdict of Allahabad High Court in Babri Masjid title suite, as most scholars, historians, columnists, some politicians and concerned class of Indian society believes that it will set a wrong precedent and will appoint a green signal to fascist and anti-peace forces to do what they want and get legal support from the court due to having belief, if this precedent not quashed by the Apex Court.

Allahabad High Court's verdict is not a reconciliation move as others believe. But in the garb of reconciliation, this verdict has opened an endless conflict between two communities in which fascist forces will use it for their political interests and will put the country on communal line, as "Mr. Ravi Kant Garg, a BJP member of the Uttar Pradesh state assembly from Mathura, said he shared Mr Kishore's enthusiasm. "Our cadres are upbeat following the Ayodhya verdict. A new slogan is doing the rounds among them now: 'Ayodhya ho gayee hamari, ab Kashi-Mathura ki bari'," ( Ayodhya has become ours, now it is the turn of Kashi-Mathura)

This verdict legalizes of every move, claiming of belief, did by the fascist forces in past and have the intention to do it more.

Every Indian is in shock due to High court's conclusion about the birth place of Ram. Because if a group from Hindu community claims that it is the birthplace of Ram, so there are other groups and classes in Hindu community which not believe so, and, according to them, such claim is baseless. Then how Court arrived at conclusion that the place under central tomb of Babri Masjid indeed a birthplace of Ram.

We can say it that may court's verdict helped a group which wants to keep maintain the gulf between two communities relying on lie and hatred policies.

A country like India, where faith had been used to be made human being as slave, and where women had been treated like animals and where the doors of temples had been shut down on common man on low and high caste ground, which is still in practice in most of part of India, if every judicial judgment to be settled according to belief, so it is unable to imagine that how India like country can stand as a strong country, especially in a time, when particular organizations and political parties dominate on every corner of Indian society which uses faith and religion for their devilish interest and this kind of practice which is continue since independence has become a threat to other communities in India

If faith finds a place in legal document in India like country, then how those victims, who take shelter of law and police to get ride from the pundits and Sadhoos, who cheats and exploit them will get justice as this kind of pundits and Sadhoos can say that what they did is as per belief.

In a country, where burning of women on her husband's funeral pyre was very common in the name of faith and there were no ray of hope for that women to protect themselves from these cannibalistic activities but to follow the role of society and faith, at that time, it was the law which came forward and banned these inhuman acts which were being continue for centuries, how can a woman gets justice as per law instead of belief, if society force her to do that again.

Once again, court's verdict is reviewing barbaric old age by giving its judgment on the base of faith, not on evidences and proofs which are pillars of judicial process.

In that situation, judiciary's judgment one the basis of belief will set unimagined consequences for every community.

If belief becomes law then what is the need of Police, Judicial Institutions, System and Temple too? Because belief can does everything.

I saw a report on Internet in which claimed that African people kill their children in the name of belief. Could killing of children and human being be justified?

Court must review its verdict and this must be challenged in Apex Court. If Apex Court too delivers same then Parliament must come forward, and pass act in which getting justice as per legal proof to be easy for everyone, not on the basis of faith.
