Fight against corruption

Anna Hazare is on fast to get Lokpal bill prepared by civil society passed in Parliament to eliminate corruption that has become a cancer of the society.

Highlighted by media, a huge crowd assembled across the country to support Anna Hazare's campaign against corruption.

Anna Hazare and his supporters across India understand that Lokpal bill laid out by civil society can eliminate corruption from country.

Indeed, law is a part of solution, not the solution itself. Lokpal bill might stop corruption on government level, but it cannot eliminate from society. Even those, who are supporting Anna Hazare for fight against corruptions, they themselves did not disclose about their huge treasures, flats, villas, properties and big businesses earned and build through illegal ways. Even it is not disclosed their resources.

BJP which is in forefront in this campaign did not declare how many its MPs, activists, leaders, and their relatives misused government missionaries in getting government projects or tenders in all states in the country.

If this party is serious in removing the corruption, so first it has to bring out the irregularities been made by its MLC in Forbesganj, where old road which was being used by villagers blocked by forcefully under full protection of state government, as well as, this party has to setup a committee which look into the misuse of MLAs or MPs funds and all other irregularities, whether it is on small level or big level, been made by its leaders in getting land or establishing companies etc. 

Law cannot curb the corruption. Corruptions could be eliminated when everyone will make commitment that will live as an honest person and those who got money through illegal ways return them to government conceding their mistakes. 

Current fight against corruption could destabilize UPA government, but it cannot achieve its target. Agitations, demonstrations or Lokpal bill prepared by civil society cannot protect this country from the impacts of corruption, as it has permeated in society completely.

In an era when lust of money is dominating everywhere and everyone thinks to collect more money and more wealth. In an era whereby people are killing one another, burning their wives and using all tactics to enhance their economic condition, law and agitation cannot stop corruptions.

In an era where materialistic is everything, raising voice against corruption is good. But this problem has fled into the society due to the campaign that is dominating in the society where money, wealth, multi-stories buildings, new car, costly mobile have become a distinction of the society.

Without giving full attention on the roots leading to corruptions, agitations, law and fast cannot leave its any effect on ground.

المجاعة في القرن الأفريقي درس للمجتمع الدولي

نحن نعيش في قرن واحد وعشرين ، بعض الناس يقولون أن هذا القرن قد أصبح أكثر تقدماً بالنسبة للقرون الماضية، وتحولت التكنالوجية الجديدة هذالعالم في قرية صغيرة.

لكن هذا التقدم والرقى وإستخدام التكنالوجية الجديدة حلم للناس الذين يموتون جوعاً في القرن الأفريقي، خاصة في الصومال.

ماهي التكنالوجية الجديدة وما هي الأدوات المعاصرة , وماهي آي بيد ولاب توب يمكن أنها شيئ مهم للعالم ويمكن للناس أن لا يعيش بدون هذه الآلات المعاصرة لكن هذه الأدوات المعاصرة عديم الجدوى للناس الذين يهربون من مكان إلى مكان أخر ومن مدينة إلى مدينة أخرى بحثاً عن الطعام والمياه لإنقاذ حياتهم وحياة عائلاتهم. وهذا العالم رغم وجود الخدمات الأساسية لإرسال المساعدات إلى المتضررين بأسرع وقت ممكن ورغم وجود منظمات إغاثة  والأمم المتحدة وبرنامج الأغذية العالمية ، كل منها عاجز عن توفير المواد الغذائية  إلى جميع الأطفال والنساء والرجال الذين يمضون النهار والليالي جوعاً ويموتون جوعاً.

حتي التقارير تشير إلى أن بعض الأمهات تركن أطفالهن ليلقوا حتفهم في طريقهن لأنهن لسن قادرين في توفير الطعام إلى أولادهن وأطفالهن.

ورغم إعلان المجاعة في الصومال وفي القرن الأفريقي، الدول التي تضع أسلحة للدمار الشامل ولديها قدرة على تدمير كامل هذا العالم بالأسحلة الموجودة لديها غير قادرة حتى الآن لتوفير المساعدات بالكميات المطلوبة لإنقاذ أرواح المدنيين الذين يقتلهم الجوع والعطش والأمراض المختلفة.

الأمم المتحدة دائماً تطلب مزيداً من الأموال والمواد الغذائية لمحاربة المجاعة  التي عمت في القرن الأفريقي.

زار رئيس الوزراء التركي المخيمات لللاجئين في الصومال وإنه حذر العالم من المشاهد وآثار المجاعة التي شهدها بعينيه وقال أن المجاعة والأوضاع الإنسانية للمتضررين عبرة للعالم المعاصر.

المجاعة في القرن الأفريقي ليست فقط عبرة للعالم بل إنها تشير إلى أن القوى الكبرى تحولت العالم في الحروب والصراعات التي أدت إلى هذه المجاعة وإلى هذه الأوضاع المأساوية. وعلى المجتمع الدولى والقوى الكبرى أن تتجنب من الحروب والصراع وتساعد الدول في تحقيق السلام لا في دفعها في الحروب التي تسبب المجاعة.

Mr. Sabramanian Swamy; read Islam, face the facts and live in real world

India is celebrating 65^th Independence Day, while there are some elements who have been working to sabotage this peaceful society through spreading aversion and detestation.

The thoughts expressed in the article "How to wipe out Islamic terrorism" written by Subramanian Swamy are not new for Muslims, especially Indian Muslims. Even Subramanian Swamy is not a new name in the lists of hate preachers, who deliver hate speeches and spit venom against Muslims and Islam everywhere, if the chances given to them to express their views. Eventually, a person, like Mr. Swamy enunciates his hate views, while his well-wishers convert them into practical. Demolition of Babri Masjid and genocide of Muslims in Gujarat are the latest example from the long list of Muslim's massacres.

The article of Mr. Subramanian Swamy does not serve anything except creating gulf between communities.

I know the opinion and hate he has in his minds is not cocked up within days or within months. I have lessened and watched the videos of Bajrang Dal and other Hindutva organizations. I have seen how so-called speakers and preachers of Hindutva movements make efforts, fabricate the facts, make thousands of falsehoods and make attempts in pulling the historical facts down to establish their own made stories in the presence of Hindu youths, boys and girls, men and women, who understand that their speakers and preachers and leaders are speaking true, while their leaders make falsehoods. They intend to instill hate; they have in their own minds and hearts, into the minds of thousands of illiterate and uneducated Hindu people.

The person, like Swamy, does not want to come out from his own made world. These kinds of elements live in abhorrence, spread hates and create the generation which hates the fact and truth.

Certainly a person like Swamy always relies on cocked up stories and falsehoods. Such people never tell the truth. They never speak truth. They never face the facts. They use lies again and again. They construct and fabricate the facts and historical events to establish their own made myth stories. To hide one lie they speak hundred more lies.

Muslims have always been blamed for forcing Hindus to convert into Islam during their rule on India. Here some questions arise; If Muslim rulers had forced Hindus to become Muslims, do Muslims live in India, this time, as a minority community? Existing of Muslims as a minority community in India, in spite of governing seven hundred fifty years is a blatant proof of Muslim ruler's secular governments in India.

Beside it, existence of thousands years old temples and existing of Hinduism in a country, where Muslims had ruled more than seven hundred years, is an evident of Muslims religious tolerance.

It will be a big treason and deceitfulness if Swamy ignores Muslim's tolerant, Muslim's kindness, scarifies and the efforts made by Muslims in building this country.

Muslims always respected every religion and its believers, it is a fact written with golden words in history, whether it is accepted or not, they gave others full freedoms, whenever Muslims came into power. History revels that Muslims always behaved with other communities in good manner. Gave them full respect, protected their religion and their civilizations.

But, sadly, Muslims always been cheated, killed, beheaded, forced to convert into different religions, deprived, and discriminated. The trust of Muslims always been breached. Muslims have always been betrayed. Their confidence has always been deluded. They have always been stabbed in the back.

In a common phenomenon where rulers always destroy oppressed people, crush their identities and forced them to convert into the religion of rulers, as it happened with Muslims in different parts across the glob, and it is happening in India by Hindutva elements, Muslims not only protected Hindu community but also gave funds to Hindu community and its religious places even gave security to Hindu community to live in peaceful atmosphere.

It was the Muslims who told the people how to live; how to behave and how to give the respect to others, especially, oppressed class in the country, at a time when religious rituals were being used to dominate on the society and these religious rituals were being used frequently to make lower class a slave.

It was the Muslims who removed bad deeds and banned some religious rituals which were in practice to make lower class and ordinary people as an oppressed community of the society. It was the Muslims who made humans a real human.

It matters little, if Muslim's religious places destroyed and desecrated. It matters little, if Muslim boys hounded and put them into prisons. It matters little, if Muslims beheaded, displaced, hounded and their lands, property and assets confiscated, it matters little, if a section of media posses Muslims a dangerous nation, but Muslims are not treacherous and swindler. Surely, this antagonistic atmosphere will take u-turn.

May Mr. Swamy is forgetting that the atmosphere in which he feels free spewing venom against Muslim community, it was led down by Muslim rulers thousands years ago.  

Any way, he has to come out from his own timely hatred world, face the facts, read good books, leave his antagonistic atmosphere and come back to main stream, which is a real world, and take part in building this country with prosperity, love and abundance.

محاكمة مبارك عبرة للجميع

ظهور الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك ونجليه ومعاونيه أمام المحكمة كان أمراً تاريخيا وكان عبرة للجميع.

إن الله تبارك وتعالى يقول في القرأن المجيد ، "قل اللهم مالك المؤلك تؤتي الملك من تشاء وتنزع الملك ممن تشاء وتعز من تشاء وتذل من تشاء بيدك الخير إنك على كل شيئ قدير" صدق الله العظيم.

فبعض من الإنسان يذوقون ويرون أعمالهم على ما قاموا بها في الماضي في هذا العالم، وبعض منهم يرونها بعد الموت.

حسني مبارك الذي كان رئيساً لجمهورية مصر العربية والذي كان يأمر ويقوم ما يريد وكان لا يمكن للقوات والشرطة أو أي أحد من مسئوول الحكومة أو من المواطنين المصريين أن يقول كلمة واحدة أو يرفع أصواته ضده سراً أوعلناً، وهو حكم على مصر ثلاثين سنة كاملة كرئيس  وكحاكم  وكطاغى لكن الآن قد تغير ت الأوضاع، الجيش الذي كان واقفاً وراءه منتظرا للأمر  من رئيس البلاد قدم حسني مبارك أمام المحكمة ووعد من الشعب أنه يحاكم على ما قام به بحق الشعب المصري في طوال السنوات الماضية.

بعض من المحللين يرون هذه اللحظة عندما حسني مبارك قدم في المحكمة  كان لحظة تاريخية وبعض منهم يعتبرونها إهانة للرئيس السابق، وبعض منهم يرون أن هذه إهانة البلاد، فهناك أقوال وحكايات وغضب وفرح وطمأنينة وهناك توجد إختلافات في الشارع المصري حول محاكمة مبارك.

لكن تلك اللحظة كان لحظة تاريخية وعبرة للجميع الذين يحسبون المال والمنصب ملجأ و مأوى لكل شئي.

يقول الله تبارك وتعالى ، وتلك الأيام ندوالها بين الناس، ويقول الله تبارك وتعالى في مكان أخر ، وتعز من تشاء وتذل من تشاء.

وهذه نهاية لكل شخص ولكل حاكم ولكل طاغى ولكل جابر ، فعلى الإنسان أن يخاف من الله تبارك وتعالى علناً وسراً ويسير على طريقة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم.

Syria and Muslim Ummah

Syria is burning, not by outsiders. It is burning because of insiders. It is burning because current government understands that it selected by Allah forever to rule on Syria, and the people of this country have no right to ask it to go. 

This time Syrian people are falling as dead on road, in prisons and at detention centers not by US. US tanks are not killing people there. US helicopters are not shelling on them. US forces are not involved in killing of Syrian people. Their own forces are firing on them. Their own government is using military to crush the will of change. Shedding of blood continues there because people are demanding rights of freedom, rights of thinking and rights of converting the country into a superpower.

Entire Muslim world is now silent. There are no articles on terror. There are no articles on victims getting killed. There are no articles on terrorism continuing in Syria. There are no references of Qura'anic verses in which how Islam asks Muslims to stop blood shedding. This time, there are no references or Qura'anic verses how Islam condemn killing of civilians. You know why, because US is not involved.

In India, where I have seen thousands of articles, statements, references of Qura'anic verses, demonstrations and burning of flags when US led NATO forces had started a military campaign against tyrant leader in Libya to protect civilians and holding massacres from happening in Benghazi and in other cities of Libya.    

Muslim organizations, scholars and other activists were calling another attack of US on a Muslim country. But, this time, when their own people are making massacres and turning cities and streets into bloodshed, they are silent. No agitation, no demonstration, no references of Qura'anic verses, why is it so? Does the message of Qura'an is different when US kills Muslims and when Muslims kill Muslims. Qura'an reveled to entire humanity. Its message of peace is to everyone, whether it is from any sect, any religion, or from any community. So, how long Muslim countries, Muslim scholars, and so-called Muslim educated class will remain silent?

It is time for Muslims in entire glob to wake up and raise the voice against tyrant system. Because the government which uses weapons, kills its own people, and uses tanks, helicopters and other heavy weapons cannot bring reformation, as Syrian government is propagating again and again.

The time has come that Muslims in entire glob leg their differences behind and stand to protect the lives of civilians who are falling as dead every day in different parts of the country.

على الحكومة السورية أن تتخذ الخطوات الإيجابية

على الحكومة السورية أن تتخذ الخطوات الإيجابية

 العمليات العسكرية وإراقة دماء الأبرياء بأيدى القوات السورية تشير إلى عدم جدية البلاد في الإصلاحات السياسية.

جميع الدول العربية والمسلمة تريد أن الحكومة السورية تتجه إلى خطوات تساعدها للخروج من الأزمة الراهنة.

لكن الأوضاع السياسية تتدهور يوماً بعد يوم، وهي ستدفع البلاد إلى الفوضى وستؤدي إلى كارثة إنسانية. العمليات العسكرية المستمرة لن تثمر أي نتائج إيجابية بل إنها تعم الفوضى والقتل والفساد في جميع أنحاء البلاد وهذا الأمر سيكون سبباً لإساءة البلاد في العالم.

الرئيس بشار الأسد سيواجه مزيداً من الضغط من الجهات المختلفة، لأن ها هوالعنف الذي أجبر المملكة العربية السعودية لإتخاذ موقفها التاريخي تجاه سوريا وإستعادة سفراءها لدى سوريا للتشاور.

إذا هذا الوضع يستمر والرئيس بشار الأسد يصر على إراقة الدماء فهذا يكون فوضى لهذه البلاد العظيمة وسيصعب جداً له في الأيام القادمة البقاء في السلطة ، لأن النظام والعنف وقتل الشعب لا يسير معاً .

Anti-Muslim lobbyists in India

Anti-Muslim lobbyists wrote and publish thousands of articles in favor of Moulana Vastanvi.

Some leading English newspapers wrote editorials on this issue. They criticized Darul Uloom Deoband and made attempts to interfere in the issue which was not related to national politics.

These lobbyists that have soft corner for saffron terrorists and terrorism made efforts to make country feel that how Ulema and Muslim religious body is anti development of Muslim community, and how this body removed a modern and an educated person who had wanted to bring development and modernity to Muslims.

These lobbyists that have a great impact on country's political and economic affairs make mountains out of mole-hills and cry over this nonsense and unnecessary issue, while they prefer to keep their mouth shut over injustice done to Muslims by so-called educated and narrow-minded class of this country.

They feel shy and find themselves in vacillation in highlighting the issues of Muslim youths are languishing in jails for a fair trail in a democratic country where arrested Muslim youths are being treated undemocratically.

They open big mouth to condemn Ulema, Islamic law and Sharia, while they pretend as they are deaf and dump when the issue of injustice to be brought before them.

When Ulema say something and do something they feel their birth-right to oppose them and call them anti-Muslims and anti development while they support openly and deliberately anti-Muslim's development move.

They are not sympathizers of Muslims indeed they are the slaves of interests. They are the champion of spreading hatred and hiding the truth. They hate terrorism and want stern punishment to terrorists but when saffron terrorists get bail they do not express their anger and dissatisfaction. They talk about justice, equality and rights but when Muslim leaders bring the issues of innocent Muslim youths who are languishing in jails for terror charges; they turn their faces or try to delude with fairs words.

About Muslim issues, they just talk with no substance, if they have been asked to say something about Ulema and Madarsas they feel no hesitation in writing thousands of pages, while they feel hemming and hawing to say something about discrimination and injustice is being done with Muslims in the country to which Muslims made all sacrifices without hope of reward or post.
