Secular terrorism is more dangerous than saffron terrorism

By
Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Terrorism has various faces in India. In other words, we could say, India always been an epicenter of various kinds of terrorism that has different masks and names. If we keep aside Hindutva terrorism for a while which was earlier known only communalism, there is two kinds of terrorism are being practiced in entire country and on International level as well. One of them is a common terrorism which is very popular in India too because of its being used against Muslims on International level.

Interestingly, all kinds of terrorism are anti-Muslims. It seems that different names of terrorism are adopted only to target Muslims, whether the matter is.

The second terrorism which is very dangerous from any kind of terrorism and which is very popular in India, as well as, on International level is known as secular terrorism. It has different aims and could be used according to time and needs. The aim of this terrorism is to create the atmosphere where Muslims find no place but to accept living as a particular class wants. It could be used in preventing Muslims to get any kind of assistance, whether it is political, or legal, or denying them to access towards development.

According to this terrorism, the political class which claims itself “secular class” can oppose any decision or law aims to empower Muslims in India. This secular terrorism exists in India before its independence, at that time it was nameless, and now it works as a tool to betray this helpless but strongest Minority community.

Secular classes no concern over practicing of discriminations and prejudices in the society a clear indication of role of secular terrorism.

Madhya Pradesh, where some Muslims were being released by jail authorities due to their good behavior in the jail, sheds the light on secular terrorism.

Actually, various state governments release some prisoners on the occasion of every Republic and Independence Day when jail authorities find their good conduct during the period and recommend to government for their releasing. So if some Muslims, whether they are the members of SIMI, are being released by Madhya Pradesh jail authorities on Republic Day as per legal ways so what's the matter of concern for everyone? However, there is a party which claims of being a secular party in India, blames on Madhya Pradesh Government of taking bribe to release these Muslims.

Indeed, there is a political phenomenon under the shadow of secular terrorism to prevent Muslims to get any help or prevent governments or official authorities to show any kind of sympathy to Muslims.

Has state no right to release Muslims for their good behavior? Do Muslims not deserve to be released on Republic and Independence Day? Have the prisons been made only for Muslims? Hintuva cadres lunching campaign against Muslims left reasons to understand of it, but if the campaign is being lunched by Congress, which uses secular mask to govern the country, then there is a matter of great concern and this kind of campaign can be seen in the light of secular terrorism.

Interestingly, Congress party in Madhya Pradesh has the objection on releasing of some Muslims, while it has no objection and sees no matter of concern over saffron terrorism in various statements made by its own party leader and former chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh.

As for communal or saffron terrorism, so everyone is aware about it. Everyone knows its aims and targets, but secular terrorism has no particular faces, so it has long and effective role when Muslims raise the voices on various issues.

Muslims, in India, if they are the victims of saffron terrorism, so they are the victims of secular terrorism too. If we keep aside all issues related to communal violence before 1992 for a while, we will find that secular terrorism was particularly used to deny Muslims to get justice in all incidents and tragedies happened after 6th December 1992.

If Hindtuva and communal forces were involved under the leadership of Mr. Advani in razing down the Babri Masjid on 6th December 1992 so it was the secular terrorism which allowed to build a temporary temple and allowing a particular class to pray there while Muslims entry forbidden forcefully and any bid by them to enter there for praying in Masjid seen as a matter of terrorism.

Is this not a secular terrorism that secular parties or secular class in the country expresses no concern over the decisions taken by a group of advocates of various courts not to take the case of any Muslim arrested in terror charges?

Secular extremism works openly under the leadership of secular classes. If it is not so, then how Muslims are languishing in jail while the real perpetrators are free from the grip of law.

In the eye of Mr. Rahul, RSS and SIMI are same, however, banning one and permitting another to work is not an example of secular extremism?

It is the secular terrorism that lands innocent Muslims in the prisons and grants sympathy to the class that wants not to see Muslims as a developed and strongest community in India.

It is the secular terrorism that allows conspirators and planers of Babri Masjid and Gujarat Genocide 2002 to move freely in the society to instill venom more in the mind of innocent Hindu youths to use them for their political activities.

It is the secular terrorism that awards the punishment to the perpetrators of 1993 bomb blasts but leaves alls who planned violence and terror before, and after 1993 bomb blasts.

If the country faces a threat of terrorism from a particular class so this is the secular terrorism that takes this issue very lightly and accuses strongest Minority community for everything.

Actually, secular terrorism is an ideology that allows Muslims to live as Muslims and work but to follow the rule as particular class wants.

Defeating of this ideology and this secular terrorism is impossible unless Muslims unite, adopt one policy, take part in election as a representative of Muslims and try to arrive in Parliament as a party that represents all communities of India and works for the welfare of all entities of the country.

This secular terrorism has a place in Media, in society, in secular parties and in the government. That reasons and despite of promising of political parties for extending the government's help in Muslims development, there is no any progress in Muslim community. If there progress on state or central level so it is only that government is monitoring to introduce Madarsa Board or works on a way that will eliminate Muslims identity in India gradually. Except of it, there is no any plan of development or progress by any government, whether it is in Center or in State.

This secular terrorism accepts every remark against Muslims, but it never ready to accept any Muslim remark on other issues. This kind of terrorism is more dangerous than the terrorism Muslim faces for long times by Hindutva cadres, because Hindutva cadres targets Muslim and kill them, while secular terrorism is being used in not providing any legal and governmental assistance to Muslims. Gujarat genocide is a biggest ever example of this tragedy which is being faced by Muslims since 2002 till now.

This kind of terrorism is a big obstacle in Muslims development, their progress and getting their rights granted by the constitution. Secular terrorism and secular extremism must be denounced very strongly and without expressing any excuse on it.

In a democratic country, where common man is being believed the sole power, any kind of terrorism should not be encouraged, especially, when secular terrorism is being used to target a particular community.

Corruptions, unemployment and the role of Islamic Rulers

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Revolution in Tunisia surprised the world and everyone, especially; Arab leaders are in shock for this revolution ousted a 30 year old system in Tunisia.

Governments in Arab world rejected of happening same in its own countries, indeed they have fear of erupting the incident, like Tunisia, in anywhere.

Hence, some measures have been taken into effect by some Arab governments to ease the situation in its own countries.

Despite of little bit steps, the voices against price rise and unemployment raised in some Arab countries.

According to a report, one of those who have been set themselves on fire in Egypt has died. The conditions of others are still critical.

Kuwait has announced some relief packages to its citizens. Syria also raised salaries of its employees.

A conference of Arab leaders had been held in Sharam Al-Shaikh, Egypt, to discus on the developments put the middle east again in the news.

A media report claims that wife of ousted President of Tunisia, Zainuddin Bin Ali, run away with 1.5 ton gold.

Such as, the common man in India is facing much embarrassment due to price rise. Poverty rate is on high. Formers are ending their lives. Common people have no ways but to sleep with starvation or do the crime to get some money to arrange some foods for his family members.

On the other hand, corruption is on rise. Corrupted Ministers are out of jail, in spite of pushing the country into loss.

According to a new report, an IAS officer in MP has been found in corruption charges. Time of India gives some light on the assets of this IAS officer; “unaccounted wealth of Rs 360 crore. Cash and foreign currency found was too much to be counted manually — machines counted Rs 3 crore in cash and Rs 7 lakh in foreign currency. Gold worth Rs 67 lakh kept in a suitcase was also seized. This IAS officer has 25 flats and 400 acres of land”.

After all, corruptions and price rise forced the people to end their lives or stand to change the system.

Revolution in Tunisia is the first example of this movement. Let us wait and see what happens more in the world against corrupted and tyrannical systems and their leaders.

This is a snapshot of some cases, nevertheless; here are endless stories, cases and reports that never reached to people.

Let us look what Khulafa-e-Rashedeen did for their people and what was the standard of their governments. Hence despite of new revolutions in common lives and new experiments to make the life very easy, the world cannot present just only one example as Khulafa-e-Rashedeen and some Muslim leaders did for their own people.

There is one example from the life of Hazrat Umar (Razi-Allah-o-Anho) who prays to Allah to not punish the people for the sins made by him.

Once, drought spread in the time of Khilafat of Hazrat Umar. For thinking about the people; how they will be living and how they will be eating, Hazrat Umar, gives up eating fish, meat, or other sweets even he prays to Allah to not punish the people for his own sins and was very embarrassed for this famine and had always been thinking how he help the people and how keep their difficulties away from them. Even, the people started to pray to Allah; O Allah end this famine, we fear Umar would die worrying about the difficulties of Muslims

One day he was feeding poor people; he saw that one person is eating with his left hand, he went to him and asked to eat with the right hand; the person said that he has lost his right hand in the battle of Moota. Hazrat Umar sat down beside him and asked who helps you for ablution; who washes your cloths; after that; Hazrat Umar appointed one person for his help and arranged all essential needs to this person.

The life of Hazrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz was very unique. His life sets an example for all leaders, rulers and the people are dreaming to govern on the country.

One example is enough to give the light of how he governed.

One day; he went to home to meet their daughters; he noted that his daughters were putting hands on their mouths; he asked the reasons of it; he has been told that today there was nothing to eat for them in the house, so they ate onions and lentil. They are trying to put the hands on their mouth so that to prevent reaching its smell to you; When Hazart Umar Bin Abdul Azeez heard it, he started weeping and said to his daughters; O my daughters; are you happy to eat sweets and different kind of dishes and your father burns in the fire of hell. His daughters too started weeping when they heard this thing from his father, who was the Caliph of the country and it was very easy for him to arrange everything for his daughters; but he had fear from Allah and tried to pay his duty with honesty.

This is the life of a Muslim ruler, whose empire was stretched from the shore of Atlantic to the highlands of Pamir. (The Hundred Great Muslims)

Today; can we see this type of example in Muslim or none-Muslim world? Today; everyone is busy in making bank balance, whether the people live in poverty or die due to poverty. They have no concern about them.

The life of these two great Islamic rulers is an example for Muslim and none-Muslim world; Will Muslims leaders, instead to curb agitations and order to fire on mobs, reconsider on their own lives; it may help them in removing poverty and unemployment from their own countries.

Revolution in Tunisia a lessen for the rest of the countries

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

The public revolution in Tunisia shocked the world and most countries, particularly in Arab world, fear same fate that had happened in Tunisia a few days ago.

Indeed, it could repeat itself in every country if the leaders would not be ready to address the problems of common man.

Behind this revolution, there were various reasons leaded to this stage in which President flees from the country and gets asylum in Saudi Arabia.

Corruption, price rise on food items, unemployment, lack of confidence in young generation, so many restrictions to do that and not to do that, government's mulling over worsening economic situation in the country and taking no the measures providing work, jobs and a good atmosphere for the generation that has dreams to do something new for the sake of the country are the real reasons of these changes in Tunisia.

Actually, false promises and government's claim that the action is being taken in this regard, tired the people lessening same words for every question.

The people had been wishing the results that change the reality on ground level. They had lost their patience and were looking a speedy solution of it.

Despite of government's action, the situation remained unchanged. Violence and government's false promises forced the people to take action themselves for their problems, the government tries to neglect it, so what happened in Tunisia is the first and last option taken by the people when it had established that the government is not taking their demands seriously and there is no solution of these problems except to go against the system and change it.

See what is happening in India. Sometime Mr. Pawar says the price rise on onions will come down in two or three weeks. Sometime, he says his ministry is not responsible for the price rise. Rahul Gandhi says that coalition government is the reason of price rise. Prime Minister calls a meeting to discuss on this issue which ends inconclusively.

This is the situation of the representatives of the people, who are receiving all facilities, funds and allowances by the government for serving the nation, in real they are not serving the people. Their works serve only corporate sectors because every minister in the government has fear for corporate sectors are bearing losses for this and that one.

Is Mr. Sharad Pawar or other leaders can refuse to take all facilities, salary, government's residence because they have failed in delivering their job and the people are not satisfied with their works.

If Sharad Pawar, Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi or other leaders, whether they are in central or state government are not responsible for the work to which they are getting salary, protocols and security so why they are in the government? Why they not presented their resignation from their jobs?

There are some ministers and leaders whose action and illegal work pushed the country into losses which are not in lacks but it is in crores, in spite of, they are still unpunished. One the other hand, a poor girl faces humiliation, tortures and languishes in jail because she had spoken out against injustice.

The common man has tired form this kind of politics. There is a class which gives training to its workers and activists and when their workers found involved in terrorism then they claim that terrorism and its ideologies are contrary.

Intelligence agencies arrest innocents and even filed the chargesheets in the court too. After sometimes, revelations of Hindutva cadres establish their innocents, in spite of, they are in jail and the officers who misused their positions and jobs find a room to work freely. Neither the action has been taken against them nor the measures have been came into effect to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Electronic and Print Media proclaims of success and growing of Indian economy. It claims, India has become a powerful country and it is shining on International level, but why it is not shining on national level? Why we see sleeping Indians on footpath in this very cold night and even without blankets. Why the electricity yet not reached to every village? Why still hundreds and thousands of people lives and sleeps without food and without very basic needs? Why the crime rates even in the Capital are on high?

It is true; India is a largest democratic country. It is true; it has a largest railway network. It is true; India is a unique in various achievements; however, will it leave its effects on common people. If the people live and sleep hungry so what is the benefit of country's economic growth and this growth for whom. We made nuclear arsenals for our security and to prevent any attack on us, however, there is no need for the enemies of India to kill Indians, as there are people who are dying themselves. No need others to kill them. No need to wait the attack from other countries. The people themselves are not in the condition to fight and to protect the country because they do not have much food to eat and remove their hunger so how it could be expected from them to fight for the country.

The young generation is turning towards crime as it finds no ways to earn the money. Government's promises shine only in Print and in electronic media. The reality on the ground is as it was 10 years ago.

Now, question arises who is responsible for this one. Or we say too same as Mr. Pawar says that we are not responsible for these tragedies.

So, is there anyone who is running the government? Or it is running itself? It is upon the government of every country to address the problems of common man and solve it by action not by just only sweet words.

Indeed. The common people in every country, whether it is India, Pakistan or any other country have tired from unfair policies and they wish to see the changes in the system.

Revolution in Tunisia is a role module for every country and it could be repeated if the government does not show any interest in bringing their problems to an end.

There is news of starting agitation in some countries against price rise. Let us wait when the history repeats itself and when the revolution like Tunisia takes place in every country which is unfair with its own people.

Muslims developments and the message of Qura’an

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Muslims development is a largest debatable topic in Muslim and non-Muslim world. Various steps have been taken to turn this debatable topic into reality. Some of them banned Islam to bring modernity in Muslim community. Some of them banned Burqa to connect Muslim women with main stream. Some of them thought that blindly following western culture would bring advancement.

In short words, all ways, peacefully and violently which is still continuing, as America is doing in Muslim world, nowadays, have been used to connect Muslims with advancement in Muslim and non-Muslim world, but all efforts ended in failure and the target yet to be achieved.

As for getting of education and delivering it, so Islam is the first religion that introduced education to the world.

Allah says; “Recite in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous, Who taught by the pen. Taught man that which he knew not” (Surah Al Alaq)

In these Qura'anic verses, the importance of education, reason of getting the education, future of Muslims and of the world stated completely and without any ambiguity.

In spite of presence of these revolutionary Quranic verses, Muslims and education is still a contradict word.

Indeed, we cannot hold only Muslims responsible for this neglect. There are very huge role of the enemies of Muslims too in pushing them into marsh of poverty and illiteracy to keep their dominance on the world by applying a despotic system on entire glob.

Study of last 50 decades revels Muslims and Muslim world's struggle to keep their Islamic and Muslim identity alive which is still going on in most of the Muslim world.

The condition of Indian Muslims too was not different from any others. It is only Muslim nation (Particularly in India) that is still struggling to survive to overcome on the problems and to remove the blot of illiteracy with keeping its Islamic and Muslim identities despite of experiencing disastrous tragedies and genocide that were enough to wipe out any nation from the map of the world.

In latter periods, God gifted hoards of natural resources to Muslims changed their life style in some Arab countries and forced other worlds to get the petrol from them.

In spite of these ups and downs, Muslim's fall is remained to continue. They have become a choice morsel. Targeting them, discrimination against them, labeling terror charges on them or killing them a very easy work for everyone, whether they are advocators of law or advocators of justice and democracy.

How this fall would be prevented and how they would be on the top of development is a matter of great concern for Muslims and non-Muslims too.

Let us see what Qura'an says about development and Muslims rise.

Our efforts aim encircles only on Muslims development, while the Qura'anic views are totally different from the views we commonly think and discuss on their developments. Qura'an not only discusses on developmental issues for entire world but also insists and discusses on the angle that helps Muslims in regaining their position in the society and on international level.

Because the fall of nations start first in the society, where they lost their dignity, adoration, approbation and tribute of the common man. Badness makes its place in the society. They fall from the eyes of people. Theft, murder, lie, fabrication, disrespect of parents, adultery, disrespect of Ulema-e-karam aweless of teaching of Qura'an and Ahadieth etc when becomes a distinction of the society, then the fall of nation become starts.

Today's Muslims and non-Muslim society presents same picture, then how we can hope of success.

Allah say; “and you will be superior if you are [true] believers” (Surah Ali Imran 139)

This is a very revolutionary verse. In this verse Allah declares Muslim's superiority in entire world for unlimited periods but the condition is that Muslims to be a “true believer”.

Muslims' development, their superiority and capability to take again their position if it slips from them depends only when Muslims, by and large, become a true believer of Allah.

Today, Muslims can do everything. Even killing and getting killed for the sake of Islam is a very easiest task for them. They can be a violent or suicide bomber. They can become an MP, Prime Minister, or President, or they can go beyond the imagination for the sake of Islam, however, becoming a true believer of Islam is a task that yet to be completed.

Islam dislikes huge and violent crowds taking weapons in hands and rising slogans of Islam, but in actual their hearts are free from the spirit of Islam. Islam wants a very small group but it to be a true believer of Islam.

It is true, this is our duty to fight and raise the voices for the cause of Muslims but we feel pain when we visit Muslim areas and find characterless groups of Muslim boys and youths.

Our efforts for Muslims educational and their economical development should remain to continue. The efforts to restore occupied Masjids should not be affected by any hurdle. All work that help in uplifting Muslims should remain on track, but becoming a true believer of Islam and going ahead on the way stated by Prophet Mohammad need more intensive efforts and sacrifices. Because Allah promises development and superiority when the changes take place in our own lives, and we will shape it onto the teachings of Islam, so Muslims must follow the routes of Islam to become true believers in order to regain their lost positions in entire world.

A Common Notion and Muslims

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

There is a common notion, escalated across the country, that Indian Muslims always criticise the government and use the ways to pressurise it, instead of concerning on their education and to get the advantages from government's schemes aimed to provide governmental assistance in reducing the poverty and illiteracy in Muslim community.

I think, such kind of notion or thought cannot be seen as part of building of nation, as it is a part of huge conspiracy intent to undermine the voices are being arisen to get the rights given by the constitution to keep Muslims themselves alive with their Islamic identity in a country where the efforts are being made to wipe them out from the country or they have been forced to live there according to those who have tired to see them as Muslims in India.

When we call India a democratic country, then criticising the government or expressing the objection over government's decisions cannot be termed anti-national interest.

Why we forget it that nation's development lies in a special help of government, as it has power, resources, reasons, and wealth. Building of hospitals, establishing of Schools and Universities, maintaining peace, cleaning the streets, providing electricity to every city and villages, making the arrangements to build sewer lines and supervising it to be cleaned time to time and providing a safe and a good atmosphere to every community are the work related to government, whether it is in state or in centre. These projects remain incomplete if government's intention is not to carry out it.

When we visit the areas where Muslims live, or where they are in majority, we find endless problems dominate there. The existence of these problems causes various kinds of disease that are a serious threat to life to everyone who lives in that atmosphere.

What young Muslims do when they find themselves on a crossroad where every way is closed on them? Insecurity, fear to be arrested by police on terror charges, poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and costly education dominate on them.

Muslim’s anger goes on high when government’s move, directly or indirectly hurt their Islamic sentiments or they have been asked to change their Muslim identity instead of concerning onto their real problems.

Their mother tongue Urdu is on a way to be a forgotten language as it is not linked to employment. Urdu teachers and its students find no place of work in government and private offices. Urdu Newspapers, magazines and various monthly magazines are weeping on their fate, as they are not getting much assistance from government as other newspapers in other languages are getting ads and other financial help.

It seems that these Urdu newspapers have been leaved to die for highlighting the problems of Muslims.

Now, news is coming that UGC has removed Urdu language as Urdu medium for NET exams. This decision will affect directly hundreds and thousands of Urdu medium students and will make their future black.

This is an effort to sideline the Urdu language and reduce its students in order to make it a forgotten language a day.

The condition of Muslim areas is very worse than the imagination. Their areas are away from all basic fundamental needs which are very essential for a human being who lives in a human being society. Lack of drinking water, electricity, roads, Hospitals and lack of cleaning or such other needs which are basic part of a society where human being lives, represents the real picture of Muslim areas in all over India, except some areas.

On the other side, there are various localities, colonies and areas where Muslims are not in majority or they not live there, but all facilities are exit there. Only one bird's eye view is enough to understand the difference between two populations

Why these differences? Is Muslims' fall is not the fall of India? If we accept that Indian Muslims represent a largest minority community then is the illiteracy and unemployment of this minority could not be a great loss for a largest democratic country?

If Indian government or other Hindutva organisations think that their march towards development will remain to continue after pushing the largest Muslim minority community into marsh of poverty, illiteracy and unemployment so this kind of idea is based on imaginary thoughts.

The future of this country lies with Muslims. Is it not true that every single vote of Muslims is enough to change the fate of state or central government? If it happens so, then seeing a dream to become a great India is impossible without educational and economical development of Muslims, as well as, Muslim's future lies with Islam as they live in this country with all Islamic identities and Islamic culture.

Are there efforts to shut down these voices too? Muslims are not begging from the government. They are struggling to overcome on their endless problems to which Indian government itself feels helplessness in solving it.

Their condition is very better now. If assistance and chances given to them, the skills, power and ability to face the challenges, whether the atmosphere is supportive or not, would prove their hidden skills.

Muslims are very conscious nation. It will defence of every charge slapped against it with accountability.

It is not from those nations who have been targeted for hundreds and thousands years that made them a forgotten nation.

If the Constitution granted some rights to Muslims, and they hold the government accountable for its implementation, and if the government is hesitating over its implementation, then it is the responsibility of Muslims to use all ways which are allowed in a democratic country to remind it about its accountability toward Muslims.

If someone understands that targeting government or holding it responsible for Muslim's condition is wrong so I think that such kind of organisations and Muslims are the victim of inferiority complex, or if they understand that government will place their rights as it is then this thought is based on misunderstanding too.

If Muslims wish to live in India with their all Islamic identities, then they must aware what is happening around them and try to bust every conspiracy is being played against them, as well as, they have to check what the government to which they make it with their votes, did for their advancement and what not, and for this no need to fear the blame of a critic.
