How is Islam the solution?

It is said in Muslims and none- Muslim’s world that Islam presents the solution to every problem.

It is very easy for every Muslim to say that Islam is a solution. Sometimes, it is claimed too, that solution of today’s world’s problems lies in Islam.

Here is a question; How is Islam the solution? How Islam solves the problems? Though, the experiences in daily life describe Islam only a religion, just others, such as Jews, Christianity and Buddhism etc.

Looking toward Muslim’s difficulties in their own countries, increasing the number of cases of Human Rights violation in Muslim world, worsening situation of Muslim women, especially, those who have been divorced, poverty, illiteracy and crime rates contrary with the idea in which Islam known as a solution.

This question strikes to every mind of us. None-Muslims ask the question from us that if Islam presents solution so why Muslim countries and Muslims themselves unable to stop Human rights violation; why they are unable to resolve their most of the problems?

Sometimes, we see that the condition of None-Muslim countries and none-Muslims is better than Muslims in every field.

Current Muslim countries attitude clears that man mad laws are more effective than the laws stated in the Qura’an and Ahadeith.

Today, it is not a question that Islam is a solution, but question is how Islam a solution? How none-Muslims agree to this idea? How they able to understand that which kind of abilities Islam has?

Our none-Muslim friends ask us that if Islam is a solution so why most workers are being exploited in most Arab countries? Why Muslims and their Arab kafeels (Sponsors) do not give them their real rights which were promised to them when they had been selected? Why Muslims and none-Muslims have similar problems in most Arab countries over their jobs and salaries?

What is the need of Human Rights organizations in Muslim countries, though, Islam itself protector of Human Rights and advocates the respecting of Human values, rights and the duties of others.

We are ready to accept that the beauty of Islamic banking brings solution but why Muslim countries did not apply Islamic banking in their own countries? And why the sounds of Islamic banking came to know in Muslim countries only after the current financial collapse in America and in other countries.

Why current Banking systems are being applied in Muslim world, as it is clear for all of us that current banking system in which “sude” (interest) is allowed, totally banned in Islam.

How Islam a solution is a crucial issue for none-Muslims and a wakeup call for Muslims, as well as, for Muslim countries?

The time has gone to say about Islam or to be stated the adjectives of Islam, today’s world and today’s nations in different countries want to see Islam in real. They had tired from their past and from their freedoms. They want to see the changes. They want to see, how Islam can solve their problems. How Islam can bring solution to their problems.

How Islamic teaching can help them in reducing the crime rates in the society? How Islam gives the solution to eliminate the poverty from the society?

If Islam a solution so why most Muslim countries are suffering from poverty, violence and bad health situations. Why corruption has become a part and parcel of Muslim society?

One single Muslim country, where Islamic laws are being applied and where Darul-Qada delivers its judgments according to teaching and the conditions of Qura’an, cannot be given as an example.

Are five time prayers, performing Hajj & Umrah and keeping fast during the month of Ramzan is enough to say that we are Muslims and it is Islam?

Increasing of Islam in Western society is not for Muslims, but adjectives of Islam, teaching of Qura’an and the guaranties of rights, which are given to men and women, as stated in the Qura’an, led to spread Islam in European and Western society.

The system of Qada, justice system, as stated in Islam, the punishment to rapists, killers and thieves, property dispute cases, incidents of Talaq and others are the fields which are unpracticed in Muslim country according to Islamic law. Because the system of Darul Qada is not exit as it was the symbol of Islamic periods.

The actions and works, which are forbidden in Islam and Qura’an condemns it strongly, not only allowed in Muslim countries but also covered it with the support of governments and administrations.

Such movements raise question if these crimes and actions find a way to be operated in Muslim countries so how it can be said that Islam presents the solution?

It is a very crucial issue and an important question for Muslims as well as for Muslim governments.

Islam is a way of life. Islam states every thing which is related to daily life of every common man.

Executing Islamic laws in the society is the accountability of Muslim rulers and moving on the path of Islam as stated in Qura’an and Ahadeith is the accountability of every Muslim.

Now, it is their accountability to prove who damaged the image of Islam, and who is the obstacle in the way of Islam which announces clearly to solve every problem the world facing it today?

Islam and Muslim world

The number of cases of hatred and discrimination against Muslims and Islam has increased in past few years in European and Western countries.

The hatred against Muslims can be bear in any society. It can be reduced by presenting the adjectives of Islam and by teachings of Qura’an.

In multi-cultural society, such kind of incidents can make a way. This is not a serious matter. Government’s honest efforts and stern action of police can help to reduce such feelings.

There is another subject. The issue is to target directly Islam and Islamic laws. This issue is very serious and beyond from pity incidents periodically happen with Muslims in none-Muslim society.

Targeting Islamic law, or forcing Muslims to what they can wear and what not, making cartoons of our Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) and bids to desecrate the copies of Qura’an all are very serious, ugly and strenuous actions.

It was a very positive effort by Obama to put pressure on Rev. Terry Jones to stop him from his destructive work and to defend Islam within the law.

This initiative steps taken by Obama and his administration following the announcement of burning Qura’an by Rev. Terry Jones in Florida provided an open air for Muslims and others to come close, discus on conflict issues and try to solve every problem and difference through dialogue, positive approach and good behavior during the discussion of the conflict.

This kind of approach led to cancellation of desecration of Qura’an that was announced earlier by Terry Jones in Florida.

In other developments, France also approved a ban on veil. France’s parliament passed a bill to execute it on all Muslim women who will be found violating this act.

Most Muslim organizations condemned this step and said that it is an open interference in Islamic matter.

How we can forget the issue of cartoon of our Prophet Mohammad (Peace be upon him) made by a Danish cartoonist who received recently an award by Angela Merkel, the German chancellor.

In these all steps in which Qura’an, Prophet, and Islamic laws were came into target by various people and organizations in different countries, Muslim countries role seen nothing.

Most countries in Muslim world did not react on such actions. They did not say a single word over such kind of discrimination against Islam and its Holy Book Qura’an.

Why these Muslim countries keep mute silent on such issues. Whey they did not register their objections on such matters?

We see other reasons of not responding Muslim countries over this issue.

We find that Muslims face more restrictions and conditions on Islamic values in their own countries while they experience more freedom, independence, and autonomy in building of religious places and applying Islamic values in none- Muslim countries.

Human Rights situation is more worsen in Muslim countries. Muslim women condition and increasing the number of divorced women is not less than from any other none-Muslim countries.

Most Muslim countries are wasting their power and wealth on how to prevent Islamic influence from Muslim’s lives. One the other hand, they are unable to address country’s security, worsening of country’s economic situation, increasing the amounts of illiteracy and how to be secure the rights of eligible people and how to be established the educational institutions.

The failure of Muslim countries in applying Islamic teachings there and their none-response to empower their citizens with education, confidence and jobs increased insecurity and disparity among them.

Today, what we are experiencing a chain of violence in Muslim countries and advanced weapons in the hands of Muslim boys, who are threatening Muslim and none-Muslim countries is a result of these countries failure in addressing their problems, restrictions on Islamic laws and applying western culture in their countries.

Slapping various kinds of conditions and ban in Muslim countries block Muslim youths and citizens to explore their God gifted power and to show their ability in changing the country’s educational and economic conditions.

In today’s scenario, when the world has become a small village, Muslim youths and boys unable to express their views and to participate in the programs assist them in building the country due to restrictions imposed in various Muslim countries because their rulers comprehend that empowering citizens will snatch the power from their hands and they do not want to happen such thing in future.

The experience of Israel in these 60 years where it achieved everything, made stronger its border and saved itself and its country by advanced and modern weapons, on the other hand, Muslim countries still are backward in every filed. There is no change in their situation what it was before 60 years and what is after 60 years.

The reason of joining of Muslim youths, most of them from Arab world, to terrorist outfits or instituting terrorist organizations is not that they have lessen from Islam or they are hardliner or fundamentalists from the beginning.

The true reason of it is that these youths are unable to find a free and an independence society to show their talent, prove their skills in construction of society and participate in the ways to give new faces to the country.

When the most of countries in none-Muslim world have experienced various presidents, Prime Ministers and these new faces brought various changes in their countries in different fields, we see that most Muslim countries are experiencing same faces since sixty years, there is no changes in government’s system, in educational field, and in other fields due to ban, restrictions and emergency imposed by the rulers.

These unlimited periods, bans and emergency frustrated some of them. They began to understand that there is no option but only to fight and to be used violent actions to destroy or to force the government to change their policies.

American war on terror gave new name. Muslim countries used this name to arrest them. This situation is going on. When current Muslim rulers will lessen their country’s needs, when they will response, when they will free their nation and when they will lift the ban and emergency from their countries no one knows.

Most countries in Muslim world shown their more interest on reducing Islamic influence from the society but they have failed to take stern steps in health, education and economic conditions of the country.

Time will remain same till long times. It is any opportunity for them to open their minds, society and their rigid world. They have to express their response on all developments are happening around the world. As well as, as a Muslim this is their responsibility to take first step in reducing the hatred against Muslims. Spread and defend Islam in a way as stated in the Qura’an.

Allah says in His Holy Book: Invite (Mankind, O Muhammad) to the way of your Allah with wisdom and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better, (Surah Al Nahal 125)

Muslims are the losers in both situations in Babri Masjid case

Everyone’s eyes are on High court’s verdict which will be pronounced on 24th September 2010.

What Court says in this case; we have to wait few days more. However, country’s fate is based on this verdict.

This case may a longest case in Indian judiciary. It is not only Mandir Masjid case; it will decide the fate of India.

Muslims have much paid in this case due to relying on political parties over solving this issue respecting the Indian constitutions.

The result is before us. Everything has been ripped off from Muslims. Every institution and everyone has been sold out in the hand of communal forces. There was no hope for justice; at that time it was the judiciary which revived the ray of hope of Muslims.

It was not an easy decision for Muslims but they have the nothing except to rely on the judiciary which did not bow down their head in shame.

Muslims have much paid due to deep faith on Indian constitution. Since independence, Muslim’s faith on judiciary and on Indian constitution left them as helpless in various fields.

But the Judiciary is sole institution in India; Muslim’s have not lost their faith on it. This faith is not based on myth.

Indian Judiciary has proved it many times. When Muslim youths and educated class of Muslim community were on target by security agencies and when they were being called terrorists and when suspicious eyes were pursuing them in every corner of India, it was the Indian judiciary which established by its honest and fair judgments that most Muslim youths and Muslim community, as a whole, were implicated in false and wrong cases.

Indian judiciary’s verdicts in most cases gave a new life to Indian Muslims and empowered them to face the challenges whether they are much serious.

Once again, the time has come which will decide that Indian judiciary how much is honest in its jobs.

This verdict will decide the place of Muslims in Indian democratic society and Hindutva force’s attitude too.

If we take a look on this issue as Masjid and Mandir, the Muslim’s stand is strongest. But when we try to see this issue in Indian political phenomenon we find it that it is not an essay issue.

Hindutva leaders began to say that it is not a matter of Hindu and Muslims but it is a matter of Astha and man made laws cannot decide the matter of belief.

If this is a matter of Astha for Hindutva forces, so it is a matter of Astha for Muslims as well.

Why it was not a matter of Astha in past? Why they are confusing the world and Hindu community.

Their recent statements about Astha and dialogue indicate their failure on legal ground and they are on a mission for new theory to make fool Hindu community once again for long times.

If this verdict comes in Muslim’s favor, question arises who will implement court’s order. Will congress implement it, while it tried not to be closed this issue in the past, or other local parties who will prefer to see their votes instead to execute the court’s judgment?

Muslims have left this issue on the court for the sake of the country and its safety. Though, everyone knows that according to Islamic law, any Muslim, Ulema or any Muslim organization cannot sell out or give the land of Masjid to Muslims or others, so how it is possible for them to leave this Masjid in the hand of those whose existence a threat to Indian security.

To avoid any disturbance and abstaining from bloodshed in the country, Muslims decided to leave this issue on court and what it will say, Muslims, by and large, are agreed with to accept court’s order, whether it is in their favor or not.

After all, it is a very crucial issue for others not for Muslims, because, whether this case goes in their favor or not they are the losers in both situations.

We have to wait till court delivers its verdict. It is a time for Muslims to pray to Allah for success. Because, violence, provocative speeches, and inflammatory statements cannot be a part of solution and these cannot bring Babri Masjid to Muslims.

We have to pray and keep peace in their areas and in their cities. If Muslims, as a whole can left this very important issue on Court so what Muslim cannot live peaceful in the society?

Let us see what it comes from the Court on 24th September 2010.

When the advocators of justice will leave their double standard?

There are two stories. Both are related to women. But how world reacts on these two stories, a matter to judge it.

One story is related to 500 women who have been systemically raped and were subjected of violence in DR Congo.

This incident took place since 30 July to 2nd August of 2010. In these three days around five hundred women have been raped.

The victims included 21 children, all girls aged between seven and 15.

According to the report, 242 rapes had earlier been reported in and around Luvungi. 260 more rapes had come to light in the Uvira area and other regions of North and South Kivu.

According to UN report, at least 8,300 rapes were reported in 2009 and it is believed that many more attacks go unreported.

Above static and reports are just only for an example. There are other horror stories of women who are being slaved or being kept them as wife by the Rebels of Congo.

Above static is enough to understand the gravity of heinous crimes carried out against women whose life has become a hell and who are deploring on their fate of being a woman.

The more seriousness of this crime is that Luvungi, where 242 cases of rape are reported is not far from UN peacekeeper’s camp.

On above incidents, we see that world not reacted much as it ululates on the situation of women of Afghanistan or of other Muslim countries.

The leaders of the world and the Presidents of world’s most powerful countries may have arguments, reasons and difference of opinions on above heinous crimes, but they cannot deny their failure as a head of the world in protecting the women in Congo and providing them all necessary assistance to save their dignity and nobility.

Now, we see other story of another woman. This is the story of Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, 43 year old woman, who is facing stoned to death sentence for her crime in Iran.

Ashtiani convicted of adultery and unwitting accomplice in her husband’s killing, as Media report says.

The story of this woman is unclear for most of us. We just rely on the story stated in the Media. Is she did this crime or she falsely convicted no one knows the correct situation.

As per Media reports she convicted by an Iranian court. What’s the situation is in real we are unaware about it.

We can only say that if she convicted falsely she has right to get justice and affirming justice to her is the responsibility of Iranian government and Iranian court.

European Union official called this sentence to Iranian woman as a barbaric. Various Human rights activists and organizations came in her support.

Carla Brouni, First lady of France, came openly in her support. She says in an open letter to Ashtiani: "Spill your blood, deprive your children of their mother, why? Because you have lived? Because you have loved? Because you are a woman? Your judges should know, Sakineh, that your name has become a symbol for the entire planet...I assure you that my husband will plead your cause...and France will not abandon you."

Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has offered asylum to Ashtiani in his country.

What are the differences in above two stories? Both stories expose the hue and cry of western countries and so called human rights organizations across the world.

The story of women of Congo who have been sexually exploited and their lives still in danger cannot catch the attention of world as Ashtiani’s story got much attention of all walks of life.

There is a question why it happens so? Are the pain, agony and cramp of 500 women who have been subjected of rape in July and August in 2010 and those 8,300 who have been sexually exploited in 2009 worthless?

Are these women not human being? Are they have no right to get justice? Are they not human being?

Why world, human right activists and those who extended their helping hands to Ashtiani did not come out to help these women? Why they did not much reacted as we see their voice in Ashtiani’s issue? Why world not responded as it heard the news that such kind of inhuman violence took place in DR Congo? Why the world is not ready to arrest and send special troops to counter these rapists and murderers? Why the tears of these women cannot succeed to turn the world towards them?

What happens if these incidents against women take place in Afghanistan or in any other Muslim countries?

By saying “What happens if we leave Afghanistan” Time Magazine publishes a picture of an Afghan girl whose nose and ears have been mutilated by Taliban, as Time Magazine claims, Now there is question what Time Magazine utters on those 500 hundred women who have been sexually exploited between 30 July to 2nd August, 2010 while UN peacekeepers mission was not far away from the brutal incident site.

For just only mutilating of nose and ears, Time Magazine makes hue and cry while it becomes mute spectators on the incidents are more brutal, cruel and barbarous than the incident takes place in any Muslim country.

These double standards of western Media and its followers in the government tore their horrifying pictures and show that how they are murderers and cruel. They understand only political language. They play every time political game. They have no sympathy for Ashtiani or women of Congo.

Their sympathy for Ashtiani is just a political game. In the name of Ashtiani, they are targeting Iran and trying to slap more bans.

Time has come that Western countries, Media and advocators of lie leave their hostile attitude towards Muslims and Muslim countries. If they speak about justice, human rights and human values, they should apply it equally.

Bringing murderers and rapists of these DR Congo women before the court to get what they did is a test of those European leaders whose voice arises for Ashtiani but they become speechless when the demand of justice rises from other countries.

Let us see what they do for them.

Who will bell the cat?

P. C. Chidambaram’s saffron terrorism remark angered BJP, RSS and its followers. BJP has an objection on association of terrorism to particular organization.

BJP, which has long history in blaming whole Muslim community and calling Muslim areas in term of an epicenter of ISI and terrorism, is now objecting on the term which is being delivered by them against Muslim community for long times.

There are two things should be clear to everyone. One of them is associating terrorism to particular community. And second one is terrorism of Hindutva.

Muslims, Ulema and other Muslim leaders have been demanding for long times of not linking terrorism to particular community, groups or religion.

Their repeatedly demand leaved unheard. Nobody was ready to address their pain and agitations. Everyone was seeing them as liars and cheaters. BJP and its followers were working to add more fuel in it. The result finally ended with the arrest of hundreds of Muslim boys.

In spite of acquitting most of them a large number of Muslim boys still are languishing in Jails and no one knows that when their pain will reach to an end and when they will be freed.

As for existence of terrorists in Muslim community, it has been proven many times of Muslim youth’s implication in false terror cases. Acquitting most of them by the courts in various states where they had been arrested is a big example of their innocence.

The latest example of this one can be seen in Gujarat where nine people acquitted by a local court.

Unfortunately, innocent Muslim youth’s arrest has been seen as a mater of security of the country, while doing bomb blasts, making bombs and placing it in Muslim areas in the garb of Muslim’s identity by Hindutva cadres not taken as a matter of country’s security by the police nor state and central government. It is seen just an incident happens everywhere.

This term, when it was being associated to Muslims and was being called Islamic terrorism, jihadists and Jihadism was colorful.

BJP, its allied functionaries and their followers in Media, security agencies and in other government run-offices were busy very seriously in blaming Islam and Muslim community for every single and pity incident related to terrorism whether it is false. It was their great work. No one can deny their role in maligning Muslim community.

BJP’s hue and cry over P C. Chidembram‘s statement on saffron terrorism is an effort to cover their terrorism. If today terrorism has no color except black, as congress clarified with fear of vote bank politics, then why it was silent on Islamization of this term when majority of them were blaming to Muslim community.

Today, when the term saffron terrorism or Hindu terrorism is being called, BJP disrupted Parliament. It used immoral ways to express their objection on associating terrorism to Hindutva groups. News channels office vandalized. At last, it tried to play its old and very important card saying that it is the insult of Hindu nation.

Modi, who has lost moral right to stay as chief Minister of Gujarat, where a large number of Indian citizens most of them Muslims had been beheaded, encountered and where the Indian constitution was being paralyzed and where all doors of justice had been closed on Muslims and where a majority of Muslim youths putted into jail, says that Prime Minister should apologize for only a remark, though he forgets that his hand is colored with the blood of innocent Muslims.

As for associating the term terrorism to any community, Muslims’ views are very clear from the first day that this term should not be linked to any particular community or religion. There are no differences of all Muslims in and outside of India.

The second thing is itself terrorism of Hindutva. Can BJP deny its role in damaging India’s communal harmony? Can BJP deny that various Hindutva groups as an organization or as an individual is not involved in any bomb blast? Can BJP deny that those activists and workers who had been killed during making bombs were not belonging from organizations are associated with them?

BJP itself is an accused in Babri Masjid demolition case and in so much communal violence.

Dangerousness of these attacks carried out by Hindutva activists can be understand that every attack not only placed at Muslim religious places but also used Muslims’ identity and leaved at the site of the attacks, the proofs to indicate Muslim’s involvement.

Spreading hatred, producing gulf, brainwashing uneducated Hindu youths and inciting them against particular community is very old and common game of such organizations.

Challenging court orders, raping constitutions, defying court orders, stopping police and administration form doing their jobs and using religious sentiments to achieve their hateful aim is very interested task of them.

Their aim, objectives and task is very destructive. Their emergence and supporting them in their destructive role is very harmful to India’s security and its integrity.

No doubt that their network is very strong and their hand is very long. Their political social and religious groups are active on every corner to check what is happening there and how they can protect themselves from the grip of law. Their work is very old. Their communal minded people are very strong.

Every Indian who sees first India’s security unable to prove Muslim’s role in any bomb blast. Acquitting of Muslim boys by the court in charges of terror and waging the war against India is a biggest proof.

The failure of Police and security enforcers in proving their crime shows clearly that their mind was set only against Muslims.

BJP banned SIMI when it was leading NDA government at center. Court acquitted this organization from the charges labeled against it. There are a large number of cases, in which Muslims came out clean but their precious and most important moments of their life ruined by BJP’s communal politics.

However, Saffron organizations were involved in violence from the first day and now, they are involved in making bombs and doing bomb blasts.

They used Indian army and hire retired Indian officers and personals to include them in their destructive project.

Can BJP deny above things?

Fair investigation of some terrorist attacks confirms the role of Hindutva brigades while other attacks are in need to be investigated honestly not as a matter of Hindus and Muslims but for the sake of India’s integrity and its security.

At last, Question here is, Are Indian citizens ready to accept Hindutva terrorism and their communal project? Can India survive with existence of such destructive objectives? Are Hindutva’s protection is most important than India’s security?

How long saffron organization will get free hand in bringing bad name to the country? Today or tomorrow it will be come into discussion and every Indian will be forced to think on that point.

Right to Education bill 2009 and Muslim’s concern

There is no doubt over avails of this law. It provides right to get education for the children between from 6 to 14 years of age.

If we take a look on this law, it clears central government's intention in educating every child whether he is from tribal cast or from minority communities.

According to this law, government will take all responsibilities of education of the 6 to 14 year old children

Muslim community's children can make bright their future under this law. According to it, government will make arrangement and will make sure in providing education to every child.

In spite of appreciating government's move in eliminating the illiteracy from the country, this bill is a killer of Minority community's institutions and their schools.

Surely, Muslim's Madarsas and their modern institutions will be affected more if it is accepted as it is without any amendment in it.

There are some points stated below show that how this law can affect Madrasas and the schools run by Muslims.

1. This law is silent on Madarsas, its education, syllabus and the students are studying there.

2. Government's approved education which is being taught in government's run schools or in government's affiliated schools, is acceptable only as stated in the adjectives of the Education in this bill. Such as, government’s approved and prepared syllabus will be acceptable only under this law.

Question arises here; will government accept the Madarsas syllabus? The education is being delivered in these Madrasas will be acceptable? What's the future of Madarsas students according to this law?

3. According to it, nobody can open schools without government's approval.

4. The adjectives and the conditions of schools are stated in this bill, Madrasas are unable to fulfill these conditions.

5. Those, who will violate it, will be punished, which is one lack rupee fine for the first time, after that they will be given three years to correct their mistakes, 10 thousand rupees fine every day if they do not follow government's guidelines.

6. According to it, other private schools, private Madrasas and private institutions run by Muslims will be closed automatically. Their independence work is unacceptable by this new law.

7. Government will prepare the syllabus and finalize that which kind of education to be taught in the schools. In that situation too, Muslims children will be deprived from their religious education. They cannot access to study and read their history.

8. This bill not only destroys Muslim's religious education system which is escalated over hundreds and thousands of years, but also forbid them to open their schools or Madarsas and teach there the syllabus prepared by them only.

In a conference held by Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind a few days ago, Mr. Kapil Sibbal had said that government will not interfere in Madarsas education. It is possible that current government will not obstruct in these institutions, however, is there guaranty that any next government in the garb of this law will not intrude in Madarsas education?

This bill has become a law now, is only assurance and guide lines can take the place of law? Or it can be accepted in the court if it challenged by anyone in the future?

Everyone knows that various governments have tried to take Madrasas in their control. This law facilitates of such efforts and provides a way within the law to stop Muslims from running the Madarsas.

In future, when Hindutva sympathizers will come in center, as we have experienced in past, how that government will approve it while these Madarsas are a big hurdle in their eyes from the beginning.

At last, the consequences of this bill are very dangerous looking towards country's current political systems.

If UPA government is honest in its work, then why is it hesitating in bringing amendment in the law to eliminate Muslims' doubts?

Current government can take any legal step to clear the air over rights of minority's education which is granted under section of 29 and 30.

Muslim leaders should have to oppose this law and try to convince the government over making amendment in it to escape from any puzzle of law by any state or central government in future over Minority's right of education and opening their schools and Madarsas.

القضية الفلسطينية والحوار المباشر

أنا لأ استطيع أن أفهم أن كيف يريد بعض الدول العربية الحوار المباشر مع دولة صهيونية ومع أصدقاءها التي لم تتغير حتى هذه اللحظة مواقفها تجاه الفلسطين والقضية الفلسطينية.

السلطة الفلسطينية التي لن ترضى على إجراء التفاهمات بين الفصائل الفلسطينية، لكنها راضية للحوار والعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات سواءً هي بلافائدة.

الحوار في ذاته مقبول ولا جدال فيه، لكن الحوار مع دولة ليست راضية على أي تنازل من مواقفها ومن إرادتها ، خال من أي نتائج مثمرة.

الحوار حيلة للصهاينة وأصدقاهءها في أوروبا وأمريكا والغرب ، الحوار وسلية لتضييع الأوقات.

إذا الحكومة الإسرائيلية والقيادة الأمريكية ترغب بجدية في الحوار مع الفلسطينيين فيجب عليها أولاً أن تدرس الأمور التي تسبب العرقلة في هذه المفاوضات.

الحوار المباشر أو المفاوضات غير المباشرة هذه فقط لعبة تلعب في الساحة الفلسطينية والأمريكية والإسرائيلية.

الجهود الحقيقية حتى الآن مفقودة لحل هذه القضية.

الدول العربية التي أعطت علامة خضراء لمحمود عباس لأن يمكن له أن يجري محادثات مباشرة ، في الحقيقة، هي نفسها لا تعلم أنها ماذا تفعل ، لديها معلومات قوية ومتأكدة أن هذا الحوار لن يصل إلى أي حل في هذا الجو الذي فيه إسرائيل تريد إستئناف المفاوضات المباشرة

هذه الدول العربية لا تريد لعب دورها بجدية وبجرآة بل أنها تريد دفع هذه التطورات إلى لعبة المفاوضات لكي قيل أنها راضية في أي مفاوضات سوءا هي مثمرة أم لا.
