على الدول المسلمة أن تتقدم نحو إنقاذ ليبيا

عدد كثير من المسلمين قد قتلوا بأيدى المسلمين في ليبيا، وهذا العدد يتزايد مع مرور الأيام. قوات معمر القذافي تشن حملة واسعة ضد المدنيين الذين يطالبون منه التنحى عن السلطة.

إصرارمعمر القذافي على قمع المتظاهرين في الزاوية وبنغازي ورأس لانوف سيدفع هذا البلد العظيم في حرب لا نهاية لها.

الشيئ الأول و المستحسن هو أن القذافي يعلن تنحيه عن منصبه تجنباً من إراقة دماء المسلمين مزيداً، لأن قتل المسلمين الأبرياء لايجوز بأي شكل ولا يمكن للعالم وللدول العربية أن تكون صامتاً على هذه المجازر، بل يجب على دول مسلمة أن تستخدم كل الوسائل لإقناع القذافي أن يمتنع من إراقة الدماء ويمنع قواته من الهجوم على المدنيين ويعمل على خطوة مرضية لكل الأطراف في ليبيا.

لأن ماذا يجري في ليبيا خاصة بأيدي قوات القذافي لا يمكن للإنسان أن ينظر إليه ساكتاً وصامتاً.

هذه مسئولية لكل بلاد مسلمة أن تتقدم لإنقاذ هذه البلاد العظيمة من وقوع حرب أهلية أم حرب يقودها العالم.

العلم والمسلمون

مع إعتراف هذا الأمر أن المسلمين في كثير من الدول المسلمة وغير المسلمة يعيشون في الفقر ويواجهون الأوضاع السيئة هناك في حياتهم اليومية. لكن هل يمكن للمسلمين أن يغضوا النظر عن أهمية التعليم والعلم لأن العلم والتعليم هو أمر أساسي في تنمية المجتمع .

علينا أن نعترف بهذه الحقيقة أن المكان العالي حيثما الدول الغربية قد وصلت الآن هذا كان لا يمكن إلا بالعلم ومن ناحية ثانية الدول العربية التي قد وصلت إلى هذا التخلف فالسبب الرئيسي هو كان عدم توجهها إلى العلم والتعليم ، فالعلم يساعد الإنسان في حياته اليومية، فها هو العلم الذي يغير فكرة الشعب و ها هو العلم الذي يملأ حياة الإنسان بالأعمال الحسنة ، و ها هو العلم الذي يساعد الإنسان في الأوضاع الصعبة ، و ها هو العلم الذي يكتشف الأسرار ، وها هو العلم الذي يقود الإنسان إلى صراط مستقيم ، و ها هو العلم الذي يمنع الإنسان من الأعمال السيئة ، وها هو العلم الذي يعلم الإنسان أن الله تبارك وتعالى هو خالق الملك وخالق السماء فالعلم له فوائد كثيرة.

بالأسف الشديد أن صلة المسلمين من العلم والتعليم قد انقطع وهم توجهوا إلى كسب المال ، فقد تركوا العلم وتوجهوا إلى أمور لا دوام لها، رغم ذلك العلم والتعليم لا بديل له في العالم لأن كل شيئ يمكن للإنسان أن يضيع لكن لا يمكن له أن ينسي العلم، لأن العلم لا يموت ولا يقتل.

إذا المسلمون يريدون أن يرجعوا إلى مكان سابق ومكان عال في العالم فعليهم أن يفتحوا أبواب العلم أمام أبنائهم وبناتهم ويبذلوا كل الجهود لتوفير العلم والتعليم لهم ولكل مسلم.

Women and their rights

The world is celebrating International women's day. On the occasion of this day, events, conferences, demonstrations and various cultural programs are being organized to mark this day across the world.

This day brings so many excitements for women. They celebrate it in so many ways; in many countries women expressed their pleasure on this day and in some countries they demanded equal rights in various sections of the society.

One thing is very clear that women in today's world are enjoying the freedom achieved by them after so long sacrifices and efforts.

However, one thing missed by Media and women's organizations is their rights; because women are enjoying the freedom in every country, as for their rights so it is still a matter of concern for them.

As the world accepted freedom for women to work with men shoulder to shoulder; there is an unanswered question; are the women got their rights? Are women enjoying the rights everywhere? What are their rights? And how they got their rights?

The system and the world allowed women to work everywhere. They are allowed to become president of the country. They are allowed to arrive at higher post in the society. They are allowed to context in the election, they are allowed to do thing what the men do, that reason we see women and girls are working at Patrol pumps, station and everywhere the men are working. However when we discuss something the rights of women, then we find that system which allowed them freedom, is not ready to give them their rights.

If it is not so, then why women are being treated as an object of sex in the world? Why women are being humiliated? Why they have been sexually exploited? Why boss exploit his women employees due to their feminism? Why women prisoners are being humiliated by the investigation agencies in the prison? Why the crime against women is taking place? Why, and every time, women fall as a victim of sexual exploitation in every massacre and violence? And when the crime takes place against women; then why the world and the system not grant capital punishment against the offenders?

Despite of occupying higher posts by women in the country and in the world; the condition of women in every country is very terrible and need to be reconstructed.

The condition of women in the world cannot go better unless they achieve the rights not the freedom. The men dominated society is making them fool by giving them freedom and denying them from their rights.

As well as, we were in shock to see Muslim women were celebrating women's day and demanding the rights. Islam is the first religion that granted them full rights which cannot be removed. These rights and freedom Islam grants them stated completely in the Qura'an and Ahadieth.

Studying of Qura'an and trying to follow Islamic instructions in daily life is the best way in enjoying the rights given to women by Islam.

Except Muslim women, the condition of women in other communities is very terrible. Today, the freedom, which is given to them, is being described as the rights granted to women, indeed, it is not the rights. This is the freedom given to them to dominate men on them and to be used them according to the needs of men.

So the way toward rights is still far from the reality. And there is no hope that world will grant them their rights because knowing about the rights is very necessary, before granting it to them.

Sadly, the world is unaware about their rights. They understand that giving them freedom and allowing them working everywhere is the right of women. Actually, this is a big misunderstanding to which women see their rights.

The rights are only given to them by Islam. Studying of Qura'an is the best way to understand what the rights of women are.

ماهي الأسباب وراء هذا التشويش الذي قد ساد في الدول العربية؟

بعض الأصدقاء العرب يقولون أن الولايات المتحدة والدولة الصهيونية واقفة وراء على ماذا يحدث ويجرى الآن في الدول العربية.

هل هذا الرأي صحيح أم لا.

بالنسبة لي فأنا لا أوفق للأسباب التالية:-

1. السياسة الخارجية والداخلية للبلدان العربية مسئولة عن هذه الثورة.

2. زيادة البطالة وعدم وجود فرصة العمل للمواطنين العرب وعدم توجه الحكومة إليهم لحل مشاكلهم دفعت الشعب العربي إلى لجوء المظاهرات.

3. عدم إستجابة الحكومة على مطالب الشعب خصوصاً الشباب الذين يريدون الحرية الكاملة في إنشاء قيام نظام جديد في التعليم وفي المجالات الأخرى.

4. كذلك الحرية التي قد سادت في الدول الأوروبية لأن الشبان العرب الذين يذهبون إلى الدول الغربية والأوروبية للسياحة أو لنيل العلم الجديد هناك هم يستفيدون من الحرية والمواقع الموجودة هناك، و عندما هم يعودون إلى بلادهم ويشاهدون الوضع المعقد في بلدانهم فهم يبدأوون رفع أصواتهم ضد النظام.

5. وكذلك هناك أسباب أخرى لا يمكن بيانها بالتفصيل هناك لعبت دورها في هذه الإحتجاجات التي تشهدها الدول العربية.

بالأسف الشديد أن الوضع في معظم البلدان العربية هو كما كان قبل شهور، ولا يوجد تحرك في المجتمع العربي لإتخاذ الإجراءات لمنع وقوع مثل هذه الحادثة أو الإحتجاجات مرة أخرى.

على البلدان العربية أن تتعلم الدروس من هذه الحادثة وتحاول إصلاح أعمالها والنظام الذي يدفع الشباب وعامة الناس إلى لجوء المظاهرات التي تدفع البلاد والمواطنين كله إلى الفقر والخسارة التي ستصبح عائقاً أمام التقدم والرقى.

Capital Punishment, Muslims and Mystery

How so much capital punishment can be granted to poor and illiterate Muslims because of an act which was highly politically motivated and it is still unclear, whether this act was part of a conspiracy or just it was an accident?

From the beginning of this incident, circumstances, evidences and all other investigations describe it to an accident, that later turned into conspiracy to target Muslims easily. Justice Banarji commission's findings term it an accident.

Prominent journalist, Kuldeep Nayyar says, indeed, there is no reason to concede the story of Muslim's conspiracy behind the train burning carnage.

According to him, there were no circumstances or no any incident had taken place against Muslims before the train burning carnage that build this notion that Muslims burn S6 coach as a revenge.

Actually, in consideration of all past conspiracies made by Hindutva and BJP leaders and later Muslims blamed for this, it seems train burning carnage was a big conspiracy, like 9/11, played to strength the position of Modi and BJP in Gujarat. Muslims just have been made scapegoat as usually happens with Muslims in India.

From the beginning, it is being said that 59 karsewaks have been killed in this carnage. Question arises here; where is the list of the reservation chart? What were the names of Karsewaks who have been killed? Nitish Kumar was the then Railway Minister, why he did not setup any inquiry or commission to know the fact at the time of accident?

According to the chargesheet filed in the court, an unidentified mob of around 900 to 1,000 people attacked S6 coach of Sabarmati Express near Godhra Railway station.

Police arrested only 134 persons, 14 have been released due to insufficient evidences, 5 were minors. 5 died during the course of hearing. 94 people charged, POTA repealed, 63 people acquitted, Molvi Saeed Umerji believed to be the prime accused in the case acquitted; court found 31 people guilty; its mean only 31 people attacked on the coach, there was not a mob as the chargesheet claims; so what remains in all stories made by police? And what remains in the case? Such as, there are hundreds unanswered questions related to this train burning carnage.

And in spite of awarding capital punishment to the accused, the mystery behind this carnage that later turned into conspiracy and Muslims blamed, massacred and BJP became strong in Gujarat remains unsolved.

The most important question is Modi and his administration established in the court the stand that figures Muslims as conspirators of this incident.

What is happening with Muslims in Gujarat since 2002, the hope of justice was very invisible with all Muslims who had been arrested in train burning carnage?

Any move of state administration or the commission appointed by the state government in figuring Muslims as a conspirator will not be accepted as state government's hand in killing of Indian citizens and minorities people has appeared clearly.

When without any reason, more than two thousand Muslims have been killed and hundreds of thousands have been dislocated, so how it was possible that all arrested Muslims could get the justice while the state government has reasons and evidences, whether it is fabricated, as it happened in real.

Any way, looking towards any political party for help carries no weight. Congress called Modi (Merchants of death) for political reasons; however, it has done nothing to put all perpetrators and conspirators of post-Godhra genocide on trail.

The sentences granted to Muslims surly will be appealed into higher court, and this fight should be continued until justice to be prevailed to the victims.

It was the first tragedy for Muslims of Gujarat when they experienced a massacre in broad daylight and Muslim's areas had been presenting the scene of cruelty and calamity. The second tragedy was for Muslims of Gujarat when their loved once granted the capital punishment in the case in which most of Muslim population in Gujarat had already been punished nine years ago.

After all, no one can understand the pain of Muslims of Gujarat. The time is the best friend for all those Muslims who are the victim of Islamophobia and targeted to be a Muslim. The time will heal their pain. Patience and ability to fight in unfavourable situation that granted them the success always is the most and important weapon for them.

This legal fight will take time in throwing the truth out. During this period, some of them could die; some of them will be arrived at the stage when they, themselves would not want to be burden on their family members.

Rest Muslims in the country just can pray for them and extend helping hand to them and to their family members.

But this capital punishment is a lesson for Muslims, by and large, across India. If Muslims want to live in India with dignity and nobility, they have to be a true Muslim and live as a conscious nation. Leave the fear behind, and demand their all rights with full power. Teach their children; make themselves strong with all resources they can get it with very easily, because if they made not themselves strong, this world would not allow them to live. This world will make them a forgotten nation and a frightened nation. Establish their own schools; turn their homes into Madarsas and institutions.

They are not refugees, or asylum seekers in India, they are the citizens of this country. They are a nation that fought with British forces. They are a nation who made India united. More than seven hundred years Muslims ruled here but never allowed this country to be divided on communal or religious line. They are a nation that has precious and priceless history. The sacrifices Muslims have paid in India and which are still continuing cannot be allowed to be wasted.

They have to come out from the fear and terror. Hindutva leaders and forces want to see terror in Muslim community. Keep their differences aside, and stand up with new enthusiasm and with new excitement.

Those who have been granted capital punishment, we can just fight for them until justice to be prevailed to all, but our hard work can make others safe from falling into conspiracy is being played by anti-National forces.

Godhra train burning incident and Muslims

The judgment on Godhra train burning incident has been delivered. 63 people acquitted, 31 found guilty. Court will announce the quantum of sentence on 1st March 2011 for those who have been found guilty. The nation, especially, Muslims are waiting the day to collect the copy of the judgment to see on which ground 31 people have been convicted.

The conviction of 31 people shows that court has accepted conspiracy theory, as state government has been saying for long times. Anyway, acquittal of 63 people establishes Muslim’s little faith on the judiciary.

This judgment too will go into the discussion in the society, as it had discussed earlier in Babri Masjid issue. It is a part of democracy, this kind of discussion stabilizes democratic values in a country, like India.

Godhra judgment sends a message of shock for so many reasons:-

1. Muslims believe what had happened in S6 coach of Sabrmati Express was an incident. Banarji commission report confirms Muslim's stand. After the announcement of the judgment, Justice Banarji expressed his determination on his investigations and findings.

2. The report establishes conspiracy theory made and prepared by the commission that had set up by state government which cannot deny its role in post Godhra genocide.

3. Godhra judgment and Babri Masjid judgment have so much similarity. In both cases, Court accepts the reports, findings and investigations made by opposite party that establish Muslims involvement, while the reports, investigations, historical facts and other findings that confirm Muslim's stand rejected.

4. In both carnage which is a blot on Indian forehead; Muslims not only denied full justice but also found guilty and granted punishment.

5. In Post Godhra genocide, only Muslims arrested by the Gujarat police, applied POTA on them, it is another issue, POTA was removed later, their movement was prevented in the name of law, hence special court has been held inside Sabarmati Jail, arrested people treated like they are most dangerous people on the earth, while the perpetrators of post Godhra genocide left free by same police; arrest of someone in post Godhra genocide, insufficient proofs and lack of evidences collected by same police and same security agencies leaded their release. Many of them have accepted their crimes; how they killed Muslims and how they set the homes of Muslims on fire, as Tahelka sting operation confirms, but they are still free and in safe place.

6. The most tragic angle of this injustice is the fall of these people, who have been acquitted, into a conspiracy that landed them into prison, damaged their financial condition and put their precious and unreturned nine years into vain.

7. Looking towards the judgment on Godhra train incident, it can be said that justice has been prevailed for the victims who have lost their loved once in train burning incident, now the time has come for Muslims to be granted justice in post Godhra genocide, in which more than 2000 Muslims have been killed and hundreds of thousands dislocated.

8. Hope of full justice is impossible; while Muslim community lives as a minority community. Not a matter of first or second class citizen. Muslims are in minority, so, if they receive 25% justice, it is enough.

In Babri Masjid case, they have given some parts, and in Godhra incident; 63 acquitted so what they expect more; as a minority community; if they receive 25% justice so it is enough for them, they have to shut their mouth and not ask more justice.

9. As for the Master minds and conspirators of post Godhra genocide and Babri Masjid, so, they are first class citizen, as well as, they are from majority community.

Word Majority itself expresses their acquittal. If they are free and out of the grip of law, so the reason lies in majority community and the road ends here.

As for legal fight for those who have been convicted in Godhra incident case; they have to be granted justice, so this fight should be continued so that justice will be prevailed one day, as well as; Muslims cannot deny the role of judiciary in upholding the justice, as the judiciary is the sole intuition in India that upheld many times Muslim’s little faith and hope on this institution.

After all, the story of injustice cannot be prevented unless Muslims turn themselves into a strong political force.

إستخدام حق النقض من قبل الولايات المتحدة

إستخدمت الولايات المتحدة حق النقض (Veto) على القرار الذي يدين الإستيطان الإسرائيلي على الأراضي الفلسطينية. هذا يوضح أن إدارة أوباما لم تتغير موقفها تجاه القضية الفلسطينية. هناك كان أمل ضئيل على عدم مساندة إدارة أوباما لإسرائيل كما فعلت الإدارات السابقة في القضية الفلسطينية.

لكن محاولة إدارة أوباما لإنقاذ إسرائيل في الأمم المتحدة، توضح أن المسآلة ليست هي كما الفلسطينيون والعرب يرونها.

في ضوء هذه التطورات الحالية التي ستؤثر الجهود الأمريكية التي بذلتها إدارة أوباما لحل القضية الفلسطينية عن طريق التفاوض بين الطرفين، هناك لا توجد الإمكانية للتقدم إلى النجاح لإن الولايات المتحدة تصر على حل هذه القضية عن طريق الحوار ، ومن ناحية ثانية هي تعمل لصالح إسرائيل علناً وسرياً وتساعدها في كل قضية تقودها إلى حل نهائي.

بعد إستخدام الولايات المتحدة حق النقض في الأمم المتحدة، لا يمكن للفلسطينيين أن يعتمدوا على إدارة أوباما أنها تحل هذه القضية وتساعد على قيام الدولة الفلسطينية ذات مستقلة.
