Revolution in Tunisia a lessen for the rest of the countries

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

The public revolution in Tunisia shocked the world and most countries, particularly in Arab world, fear same fate that had happened in Tunisia a few days ago.

Indeed, it could repeat itself in every country if the leaders would not be ready to address the problems of common man.

Behind this revolution, there were various reasons leaded to this stage in which President flees from the country and gets asylum in Saudi Arabia.

Corruption, price rise on food items, unemployment, lack of confidence in young generation, so many restrictions to do that and not to do that, government's mulling over worsening economic situation in the country and taking no the measures providing work, jobs and a good atmosphere for the generation that has dreams to do something new for the sake of the country are the real reasons of these changes in Tunisia.

Actually, false promises and government's claim that the action is being taken in this regard, tired the people lessening same words for every question.

The people had been wishing the results that change the reality on ground level. They had lost their patience and were looking a speedy solution of it.

Despite of government's action, the situation remained unchanged. Violence and government's false promises forced the people to take action themselves for their problems, the government tries to neglect it, so what happened in Tunisia is the first and last option taken by the people when it had established that the government is not taking their demands seriously and there is no solution of these problems except to go against the system and change it.

See what is happening in India. Sometime Mr. Pawar says the price rise on onions will come down in two or three weeks. Sometime, he says his ministry is not responsible for the price rise. Rahul Gandhi says that coalition government is the reason of price rise. Prime Minister calls a meeting to discuss on this issue which ends inconclusively.

This is the situation of the representatives of the people, who are receiving all facilities, funds and allowances by the government for serving the nation, in real they are not serving the people. Their works serve only corporate sectors because every minister in the government has fear for corporate sectors are bearing losses for this and that one.

Is Mr. Sharad Pawar or other leaders can refuse to take all facilities, salary, government's residence because they have failed in delivering their job and the people are not satisfied with their works.

If Sharad Pawar, Prime Minister, Rahul Gandhi or other leaders, whether they are in central or state government are not responsible for the work to which they are getting salary, protocols and security so why they are in the government? Why they not presented their resignation from their jobs?

There are some ministers and leaders whose action and illegal work pushed the country into losses which are not in lacks but it is in crores, in spite of, they are still unpunished. One the other hand, a poor girl faces humiliation, tortures and languishes in jail because she had spoken out against injustice.

The common man has tired form this kind of politics. There is a class which gives training to its workers and activists and when their workers found involved in terrorism then they claim that terrorism and its ideologies are contrary.

Intelligence agencies arrest innocents and even filed the chargesheets in the court too. After sometimes, revelations of Hindutva cadres establish their innocents, in spite of, they are in jail and the officers who misused their positions and jobs find a room to work freely. Neither the action has been taken against them nor the measures have been came into effect to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Electronic and Print Media proclaims of success and growing of Indian economy. It claims, India has become a powerful country and it is shining on International level, but why it is not shining on national level? Why we see sleeping Indians on footpath in this very cold night and even without blankets. Why the electricity yet not reached to every village? Why still hundreds and thousands of people lives and sleeps without food and without very basic needs? Why the crime rates even in the Capital are on high?

It is true; India is a largest democratic country. It is true; it has a largest railway network. It is true; India is a unique in various achievements; however, will it leave its effects on common people. If the people live and sleep hungry so what is the benefit of country's economic growth and this growth for whom. We made nuclear arsenals for our security and to prevent any attack on us, however, there is no need for the enemies of India to kill Indians, as there are people who are dying themselves. No need others to kill them. No need to wait the attack from other countries. The people themselves are not in the condition to fight and to protect the country because they do not have much food to eat and remove their hunger so how it could be expected from them to fight for the country.

The young generation is turning towards crime as it finds no ways to earn the money. Government's promises shine only in Print and in electronic media. The reality on the ground is as it was 10 years ago.

Now, question arises who is responsible for this one. Or we say too same as Mr. Pawar says that we are not responsible for these tragedies.

So, is there anyone who is running the government? Or it is running itself? It is upon the government of every country to address the problems of common man and solve it by action not by just only sweet words.

Indeed. The common people in every country, whether it is India, Pakistan or any other country have tired from unfair policies and they wish to see the changes in the system.

Revolution in Tunisia is a role module for every country and it could be repeated if the government does not show any interest in bringing their problems to an end.

There is news of starting agitation in some countries against price rise. Let us wait when the history repeats itself and when the revolution like Tunisia takes place in every country which is unfair with its own people.

Muslims developments and the message of Qura’an

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Muslims development is a largest debatable topic in Muslim and non-Muslim world. Various steps have been taken to turn this debatable topic into reality. Some of them banned Islam to bring modernity in Muslim community. Some of them banned Burqa to connect Muslim women with main stream. Some of them thought that blindly following western culture would bring advancement.

In short words, all ways, peacefully and violently which is still continuing, as America is doing in Muslim world, nowadays, have been used to connect Muslims with advancement in Muslim and non-Muslim world, but all efforts ended in failure and the target yet to be achieved.

As for getting of education and delivering it, so Islam is the first religion that introduced education to the world.

Allah says; “Recite in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous, Who taught by the pen. Taught man that which he knew not” (Surah Al Alaq)

In these Qura'anic verses, the importance of education, reason of getting the education, future of Muslims and of the world stated completely and without any ambiguity.

In spite of presence of these revolutionary Quranic verses, Muslims and education is still a contradict word.

Indeed, we cannot hold only Muslims responsible for this neglect. There are very huge role of the enemies of Muslims too in pushing them into marsh of poverty and illiteracy to keep their dominance on the world by applying a despotic system on entire glob.

Study of last 50 decades revels Muslims and Muslim world's struggle to keep their Islamic and Muslim identity alive which is still going on in most of the Muslim world.

The condition of Indian Muslims too was not different from any others. It is only Muslim nation (Particularly in India) that is still struggling to survive to overcome on the problems and to remove the blot of illiteracy with keeping its Islamic and Muslim identities despite of experiencing disastrous tragedies and genocide that were enough to wipe out any nation from the map of the world.

In latter periods, God gifted hoards of natural resources to Muslims changed their life style in some Arab countries and forced other worlds to get the petrol from them.

In spite of these ups and downs, Muslim's fall is remained to continue. They have become a choice morsel. Targeting them, discrimination against them, labeling terror charges on them or killing them a very easy work for everyone, whether they are advocators of law or advocators of justice and democracy.

How this fall would be prevented and how they would be on the top of development is a matter of great concern for Muslims and non-Muslims too.

Let us see what Qura'an says about development and Muslims rise.

Our efforts aim encircles only on Muslims development, while the Qura'anic views are totally different from the views we commonly think and discuss on their developments. Qura'an not only discusses on developmental issues for entire world but also insists and discusses on the angle that helps Muslims in regaining their position in the society and on international level.

Because the fall of nations start first in the society, where they lost their dignity, adoration, approbation and tribute of the common man. Badness makes its place in the society. They fall from the eyes of people. Theft, murder, lie, fabrication, disrespect of parents, adultery, disrespect of Ulema-e-karam aweless of teaching of Qura'an and Ahadieth etc when becomes a distinction of the society, then the fall of nation become starts.

Today's Muslims and non-Muslim society presents same picture, then how we can hope of success.

Allah say; “and you will be superior if you are [true] believers” (Surah Ali Imran 139)

This is a very revolutionary verse. In this verse Allah declares Muslim's superiority in entire world for unlimited periods but the condition is that Muslims to be a “true believer”.

Muslims' development, their superiority and capability to take again their position if it slips from them depends only when Muslims, by and large, become a true believer of Allah.

Today, Muslims can do everything. Even killing and getting killed for the sake of Islam is a very easiest task for them. They can be a violent or suicide bomber. They can become an MP, Prime Minister, or President, or they can go beyond the imagination for the sake of Islam, however, becoming a true believer of Islam is a task that yet to be completed.

Islam dislikes huge and violent crowds taking weapons in hands and rising slogans of Islam, but in actual their hearts are free from the spirit of Islam. Islam wants a very small group but it to be a true believer of Islam.

It is true, this is our duty to fight and raise the voices for the cause of Muslims but we feel pain when we visit Muslim areas and find characterless groups of Muslim boys and youths.

Our efforts for Muslims educational and their economical development should remain to continue. The efforts to restore occupied Masjids should not be affected by any hurdle. All work that help in uplifting Muslims should remain on track, but becoming a true believer of Islam and going ahead on the way stated by Prophet Mohammad need more intensive efforts and sacrifices. Because Allah promises development and superiority when the changes take place in our own lives, and we will shape it onto the teachings of Islam, so Muslims must follow the routes of Islam to become true believers in order to regain their lost positions in entire world.

A Common Notion and Muslims

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

There is a common notion, escalated across the country, that Indian Muslims always criticise the government and use the ways to pressurise it, instead of concerning on their education and to get the advantages from government's schemes aimed to provide governmental assistance in reducing the poverty and illiteracy in Muslim community.

I think, such kind of notion or thought cannot be seen as part of building of nation, as it is a part of huge conspiracy intent to undermine the voices are being arisen to get the rights given by the constitution to keep Muslims themselves alive with their Islamic identity in a country where the efforts are being made to wipe them out from the country or they have been forced to live there according to those who have tired to see them as Muslims in India.

When we call India a democratic country, then criticising the government or expressing the objection over government's decisions cannot be termed anti-national interest.

Why we forget it that nation's development lies in a special help of government, as it has power, resources, reasons, and wealth. Building of hospitals, establishing of Schools and Universities, maintaining peace, cleaning the streets, providing electricity to every city and villages, making the arrangements to build sewer lines and supervising it to be cleaned time to time and providing a safe and a good atmosphere to every community are the work related to government, whether it is in state or in centre. These projects remain incomplete if government's intention is not to carry out it.

When we visit the areas where Muslims live, or where they are in majority, we find endless problems dominate there. The existence of these problems causes various kinds of disease that are a serious threat to life to everyone who lives in that atmosphere.

What young Muslims do when they find themselves on a crossroad where every way is closed on them? Insecurity, fear to be arrested by police on terror charges, poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and costly education dominate on them.

Muslim’s anger goes on high when government’s move, directly or indirectly hurt their Islamic sentiments or they have been asked to change their Muslim identity instead of concerning onto their real problems.

Their mother tongue Urdu is on a way to be a forgotten language as it is not linked to employment. Urdu teachers and its students find no place of work in government and private offices. Urdu Newspapers, magazines and various monthly magazines are weeping on their fate, as they are not getting much assistance from government as other newspapers in other languages are getting ads and other financial help.

It seems that these Urdu newspapers have been leaved to die for highlighting the problems of Muslims.

Now, news is coming that UGC has removed Urdu language as Urdu medium for NET exams. This decision will affect directly hundreds and thousands of Urdu medium students and will make their future black.

This is an effort to sideline the Urdu language and reduce its students in order to make it a forgotten language a day.

The condition of Muslim areas is very worse than the imagination. Their areas are away from all basic fundamental needs which are very essential for a human being who lives in a human being society. Lack of drinking water, electricity, roads, Hospitals and lack of cleaning or such other needs which are basic part of a society where human being lives, represents the real picture of Muslim areas in all over India, except some areas.

On the other side, there are various localities, colonies and areas where Muslims are not in majority or they not live there, but all facilities are exit there. Only one bird's eye view is enough to understand the difference between two populations

Why these differences? Is Muslims' fall is not the fall of India? If we accept that Indian Muslims represent a largest minority community then is the illiteracy and unemployment of this minority could not be a great loss for a largest democratic country?

If Indian government or other Hindutva organisations think that their march towards development will remain to continue after pushing the largest Muslim minority community into marsh of poverty, illiteracy and unemployment so this kind of idea is based on imaginary thoughts.

The future of this country lies with Muslims. Is it not true that every single vote of Muslims is enough to change the fate of state or central government? If it happens so, then seeing a dream to become a great India is impossible without educational and economical development of Muslims, as well as, Muslim's future lies with Islam as they live in this country with all Islamic identities and Islamic culture.

Are there efforts to shut down these voices too? Muslims are not begging from the government. They are struggling to overcome on their endless problems to which Indian government itself feels helplessness in solving it.

Their condition is very better now. If assistance and chances given to them, the skills, power and ability to face the challenges, whether the atmosphere is supportive or not, would prove their hidden skills.

Muslims are very conscious nation. It will defence of every charge slapped against it with accountability.

It is not from those nations who have been targeted for hundreds and thousands years that made them a forgotten nation.

If the Constitution granted some rights to Muslims, and they hold the government accountable for its implementation, and if the government is hesitating over its implementation, then it is the responsibility of Muslims to use all ways which are allowed in a democratic country to remind it about its accountability toward Muslims.

If someone understands that targeting government or holding it responsible for Muslim's condition is wrong so I think that such kind of organisations and Muslims are the victim of inferiority complex, or if they understand that government will place their rights as it is then this thought is based on misunderstanding too.

If Muslims wish to live in India with their all Islamic identities, then they must aware what is happening around them and try to bust every conspiracy is being played against them, as well as, they have to check what the government to which they make it with their votes, did for their advancement and what not, and for this no need to fear the blame of a critic.

Freedom of Expression and Mr. Julian Assange

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Some incidents expose the truth and clear the air on what our leaders, representatives of common man, and what a section of National and International media, which proclaims of freedom of expression across the glob say and do before the people.

It is confirmed that there are a very few who go against oppressors or support truth at any rate.

Mr. Julian Assange is on of them who is doing jihad against tyrant countries and trying to remove the silver cover from the faces of those who are behind the despotic system which is continued on International level.

Mr. Julian Assange's determination to expose the truth and to remove the mask of so-called civilised countries and what he is suffering due to the exposure of hundreds and thousands of secret cables, actually expose the original enemies of the world and its peace.

Releasing of these secret cables landed Mr. Julian Assange to jail. Now, he is facing a threat to his life.

According to a report, his site has been come under attack and the efforts have been made to block it. Donators of Wikileaks are facing problems in transferring the amount to the site.

These headlines can be seen in International and National Media. This Institution discusses everyday in its columns on what is happening against the founder of WikiLeaks or what have been revealed in these secret cables.

A few organisations and a very small group of people demonstrated on the arrest of Julian Assange, however, the Media in all over the world neither condemned the arrest of WikiLeaks' founder nor defended him as these institutions appear a big supporter in anti-Islamic and anti-Muslims' campaign.

These are the media and these are the world leaders who had defended the cursed Danish cartoonist who had made the cartoon on our Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, and when the demonstration were erupted across the world and Muslims used violence to express their anger and hatred against defiled cartoons, so these were the faces and these were the Institutions of Media who were lecturing to Muslims to respect the right of freedom of expression and what Danish Cartoonist or others did against Islam or Muslims all are part of freedom of expressions, but when Mr. Julian Assange taking the shelter of freedom of expression exposed the heinous faces, International police, government and the advocators of freedom of speech were trying to get any clue or evidence to paw a way for the arrest of this brave person so that he has been granted life imprisonment or to be put in the jail for long term.

Why the world leaders and powerful countries cannot keep patience on this exposure? Why Mr. Julian Assange's move not termed as freedom of expression? Everyone who writes against Islam, makes cartoon on Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, defames the image of Islam and Muslims, spread anti-Islamic remarks and feelings, finds a best place in American and western society. Such kind of people are being praised by Western and International Media, even any move of condemnation or the arrest of such kind of persons seen as anti-freedom of expression and termed it anti- democracy.

What is wrong if Julian Assange tries to bring out the truth? What is wrong if WikiLeaks reveals the original face of these so-called civilised leaders and powerful countries? Why these leaders and police came to move and arrest Mr. Julian Assange? Why his brilliant work not seen in the light of democracy, where everyone has right to express what he thinks, as western Media and their friends in government express their views when Muslims show their anger against anti-Islamic or anti-Muslims' slogan.

Everything against Muslims and Islam is acceptable and need to be protected, but if someone says about them or reveals the truth and expose their conspiracies so these leaders and the protectors of Anti-Islamic movements across the glob create obstacles and use force to shutdown them or make the efforts to close this voice

German Chancellor Angela Markel gives honor and award to the cursed Cartoonist despite having knowledge that this cartoonist defamed the image of Prophet Mohammad and this honor will send a wave of anger and hatred to Muslim world, at that time, Muslim's concern ignored in the light of freedom of expression, but this time when a person from her community reveals some truth, whole world went against him, even they became success in making a false case against the founder of WikiLeaks.

This is an open injustice by the monopolists of democracy. They made all efforts to shutdown this kind of voices expose a very disgusting face of those leaders who claim that the war on terror and killing of hundreds and thousands of people in Iraq, Afghanistan and in other Muslim countries or where Muslims are in majority is an effort to bring democracy and justice there, actually, they all are the messengers of violence and injustice and a symbol of despotic system.

America and others say that revealing these secret cables will put the life of American soldiers and American citizens across the world on threat, as well as, it will harm their diplomatic relations with other countries, hence there are efforts to stop the voice of WikiLeaks.

There is a question, America and its allies are not ready to do any compromise on truth that harm it or bring bad name to their country, so is the lives of other nations and communities not important? Is the life of our Prophet Mohammad worthless? Is the privacy of our Prophet Mohammad's life is not a privacy? Are the lives of Muslims not demand respect form all corners? Is their privacy is privacy and Muslim's privacy is not privacy? Do Muslims and the Messengers of Allah have not the right to be respected?

How long these leaders, their friends, and agents will be proclaiming about democracy and freedom of expression while they, themselves not respect this men mad rules?

Crime and society

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Crime against women and girls is on rise in Delhi, capital of India. The incidences of abductions and rapes forced us to think on what is happening in so-called educated society.

Recently, three incidents, one of them took place on 30th November, when a 22 year old woman raped and second happened on 24th November when a 23 year old call center staff sexually assaulted by five persons, and the third incident was occurred on 11th December when a 18 year old girl came under target by some goons, in all these three incidents it appears that security personals despite their heavy and intensive patrolling and coordination with all police stations of that areas, such inhuman act finds a place.

It is true that security personals succeeded to arrest the culprits but their arrest cannot be a substitute of the dignity of these girls. Trauma, mental pain, social alienation and shame a girl suffers whole life are except of it.

According to a report, 433 incidents of rape took place in Delhi this year. Sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, physical torture and misbehavior are being suffered by every woman and girl in every public place, even in offices are a matter where security agencies find themselves helplessness.

The failure of state government in providing atmosphere free from violence to the women forced P.C. Chidambaram to say that outsiders are responsible for increasing of crime against women.

Reacting on recent incident, Chairperson of the National Commission for Women Dr. Girja Viyas insisted on the implementation of sexual harassment bill and said that police patrolling should be more active.

After Dhula Kuan rape incident, police issued guidelines and asked to companies to take strong action for the safety of its female staff.

Above advises, demands and the reactions of our leaders can be seen in a good step but these things cannot help in eliminating the crime.

I would like to say to those leaders that only placing of law and increasing police patrolling is not the solution.

It is known to all of us that police, any administration, state or central government or any system cannot provide or offer 24 hours full security to every woman and girl. It is impossible.

What we experienced in the last incident in which 18 year old girl picked up forcefully in the car and raped is that 600 hundred police personals were involved in tracing the car. After 2 hours and when the police got correct information from other sources then they were in condition to trace the car and arrest the culprit, until then the dignity of the girl had been crushed.

This incident shows that only law, police patrolling and awareness or giving telephone number of police to every woman and girl cannot be a part of solution.

Second, we have to look on all aspects are leading to such heinous act. This is the tragedy of modern world that we instill the jails with criminals and ready to make new big jails, however, every one of us not ready to see that what is happening in the society and why youths are becoming criminals. What are the reasons behind it? In this regard, we can say that Islamic perspective, teachings and Islamic system to handle with such perpetrators and the punishment awarded by Islam for the rapists is the correct answer of such heinous act.

Security agencies must study the guidelines of the Qura’an which will help them in handling the situation.

I have no hesitation to say that only Islamic teachings, its guidelines and the punishment offered by Islam can keep safe women and help police to eliminate such criminals from the society.

Today, what we are experiencing is that police most time and their work is being spent in searching the culprits or bringing them before the court. In many cases it is seen that rapists got the bail and do same again.

There is a very interesting point and I think this is the main reason behind the failure of safety of women is that we always try to find out and arrest the culprits, after that we forget that what was happened and what are the actions should be taken to reduce it in future.

Actually, in the society where we are living, the atmosphere, education, system, films, serials and other cheap books all are playing a greater role in increasing the crime, whether it is against the women or anti- human being.

Condemning the crime is a different thing but seeing of all aspects leading towards the crime is a different thing.

Third, we take a look on the Qura’an and see what it says in this regard.

Before going to condemn or mention the punishment or to say any thing on it, Qura’an says, “and come not to near to unlawful sex, verily it is a immoral sin and an evil way”

In this verse, Allah uses the word come not to near to unlawful sex, Allah does not say; not do unlawful sex, everyone knows that rape or unlawful sex is an act which is being did by forcefully or by mutual willingness.

By using this term, Qura’an first bans on all actions, work and systems landed to unlawful sex, whether it is rape.

Regardless to go into the details that which action leads to unlawful sex and which not, because everyone who has little knowledge or capability of understanding knows very well that our society where going is, and what is the reason behind it? It is not a hidden matter. It is like an open book.

As for as the punishment to be given to the rapists, looking towards various punishments granted by various courts to the rapists shows the term of punishment is 6 or 7 year or life imprisonment.

In many cases, the criminals and rapists got the bail or be free after completion their punishment term, and again they do same crime and another girl falls as a victim.

In that situation, we find that Qura’an grants very harsh punishment. Qura’an expresses no pity to such criminals and says;

The fornicatoress and the fornicator, flog each of them with a hundred stripes, let no pity withhold you in their case in a punishment prescribed by Allah (Surah Al-Nur, 2)

I do not know that what is wrong if police or state government study Qura’an and to look on how Islam tells to deal with the crime is taking place in the society.

In an era when everyone takes advantages from others and when the intelligence agencies are sharing information on international level to check the crime, it is not wisdom to avoid Islamic teachings which are very reliable and fruitful for all human beings and for all nations, instead of relied on other untrustworthy sources and to be wasted energy, time, money and at last, it appears that everyone faces failure while the brokers of law become success in terrorizing the society.

Arrested innocent Muslim youths; are we feel their afflictions

By

Abdul Hannan Siwani Nadvi

Human being learns and gets experiences from every incident, and adventure takes place in the society. These incidents tell our maturity in dealing of it.

One of the incidents which got the attention of the world was occurred in Australia, where Indian youths were on target by some goons.

Indian Media called the attacks on Indian youths as racial attacks. Australian government was under extreme pressure to take severe step to prevent such assaults on Indian students who were living there.

Indian Media was continuous reporting every incident. Joint efforts of Australian government, Indian Media and Indian government helped to reduce these attacks but still every one is on alert to halt such attack if it occurs again.

This is the story of one incident in which Indians were on target outside the country. There is one thing which is missed by all of us. There is one incident is also related to Indian students and youths, but the place of incident, assaulters, and the handlers of these Indians are different. This time this incident never took place in Australia or in any other country. It happened in India itself. The assaulters are not outsiders; these are our own security agencies.

There is the incident related to thousands of Indian youths who are facing brutal torture in the custody of security agencies.

Their crime is not serious, but the crime in which their arrests have been made is serious. Their innocence has become a giant enemy against them.

The advocates, who have been hired for them by some Muslim organizations, are not trying to get them free from the grip of law or from stern punishment, but their efforts are to defend them in the court to prove their innocence and to could prove that the incident or crime in which their arrest has been made is not carried out by them.

Pleads, cries, pain and afflictions of these innocent youths, and accidentally all are Indians, who have been picked up by the security agencies on suspicious basis, are not worthy for others. No one is ready to lessen their innocence. Being a Muslim is enough to understand the gravity of their crime.

Is Indian Media, Central and State governments of India played any role in preventing of those Muslim youths who are rotting in jails and facing brutal and inhuman torture by our security agencies, such as the matter of Indian students handled by the government.

Youths, whether they are in Australia or in India and what is their identity, are paramount, strength and power of every nation and for every country. These youths set the future of nation and future of the country. Time takes u-turn, but these are the youths who transpose the countries’ fate by their own extraordinary powers.

I want to ask from UPA government that, what is the future of those young boys and youths who want to do something for the country and for the nation but their dream remains a dream when the protectors of law arrest them, torture them and force them to say as they want from them.

Their dream, love for the country, respect of constitution and an excitement to lay down their precious life for the country, have been crushed, when they find themselves in a hell where law becomes helpless and protectors of law turns into brokers of law and treat them as animals, though, in so-called educated society animals have the right too.

It is noted that Salman Khan, famous film actor, has spent some nights in jail due to his involvement in killing of an animal.

The story of Ehtesham Qutub, which appeared in “The Milli Gazette” and later published in other online Newspapers, and other youths, like Ehtesham, who are languishing in a dark chamber, is asking us as what is the worth of law, judiciary and humanity.

They find themselves under an enemy country where they are being reminded as what is happening with them is because of being a Muslim.

It is not as our Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, Defense Minister and others in the government are unaware about this kind of injustice and prejudice situations in which Muslim youth’s precious time and their dreams to serve their community and country are being shattered.

They are on high posts due to having extra knowledge, however effective and adequate steps never taken to counter communalism and inequality with Muslim youths who forced to live in jail as prisoners instead to take education and live as concerned citizens.

This kind of incidents could be stopped. Guidelines and severe instructions to the police department can be issued as well as stern punishment could be taken against those who violate such orders and instructions. But these things would take place when central and state governments show its interests and will take severe steps to prevent such brutalities against innocent Muslim youths.

These jailed Muslim youths are looking toward us with a hope as we will do something for them, and will prevent them from this hell, alas; there is nothing effective steps to restore their relies on constitutions.

Conferences have been organized only on terrorism, but nothing happened to those who are facing shame and humiliations in the name of terrorism.

To counter terrorism, Qura’anic verses used as how Islam and Qura’an denounce terrorism but there are no references of any Qura’anic verse which denounces and condemns humiliations of human beings, whether they are criminals.

Youths are our future. Youths are our strength. Muslims, as a community and India as a country cannot survive without them. Older people only can guide us and can give us the advices but the youths who make the future bright, bring the honor and dignity to the country.

The political parties and Muslim organizations have forgotten them. Human Rights organizations surely released some statements over this torture and miss-behavior, but they unable to take effective and extreme proposals in order to could save the life of those innocents who are in jail.

As soon as one acquitted, the news comes from another part of India that another one arrested. This situation is going on. Just only the nature of arrest changes every time.

Needless to say that how these youths are serving for the country. Their story tells their sacrifices against communal system. If anyone has doubt, visit Jails, read stories of torture and see that how their life has been made hell for them.

These strengths, powers and future of the country are wasting in jails and in the hand of police.

It is unfortunate of India that real terrorists and bomb makers are living freely in the society, but the innocents and the future of the country are being wasted in jails.

When an innocent Muslim youth falls in the hand of police, I think that India has lost its one and great protector who can give up his life for the sake of the country but never will go against the country and community.

This is the duty of Milli organizations to hold a conference on this issue and use all resources to bring justice for these youths who are a victim of communal system of the country.
