تخفيف الحصار مرفوض تماماً

وفقاً للأخبار الواردة من الصحف الإسرائيلية والدولية، إسرائيل تدرس على تخفيف حصار غزة. لا أعلم أن التحدث على تخفيف الحصار من فأين جاء. المنظمات الدولية والإنسانية والمجتمع الدولي وأوروبا وغير ذلك من النشطاء الذين يعتقدون على الحرية والأمن يطالبون رفع الحصار الكامل عن غزة ولا تخفيف الحصار.

أولاً: الحصار الإسرائيلي مخالف للقانون الدولي صرحتاً ولا شك فيه، وليس الحق لإسرائيل أن تمنع وصول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى غزة أو تحاصر السفن المتجهة إلى غزة بالمساعدات الطبية والإنسانية وكذلك ليس الحق لإسرائيل أن تفرض القيود على شعب غزة والفلسطينيين.

ثانياً: فرضت إسرائيل الحصار على غزة كاملاً براً وبحراً وجواً، فعليها أن تفتح جميع المعابر كلها، تخفيف الحصار مفروض كلياً ولا توجد أسباب أن يقبل تخفيف الحصار، على إسرائيل أن تفتح جميع المعابر كلياً وبدون تأخير يوم واحد لأنه هو المطلوب.

من الغريب جداً أن كيف رحبت الولايات المتحدة قراراً إسرائيلياً على تخفيف حصار غزة ، رغم أنها تصر على احترام القانون الدولي وتعتقد على حرية الإنسان ، هل لا تعلم الولايات المتحدة أن دعمها العمياء لإسرائيل دفعت المنطقة إلى الوضع حيثما هي تدفع ثمنها حتى الآن ، ولا يريد أحد أن متى تدفع الشرق الأوسط ثمن الدعم الأمريكي لإسرائيل؟ و متى يتغير المجتمع الدولي موقفه تجاه الدولة الصهيونية التي تضع المنطقة وأمن العالم على شفا الحرب؟

تخفيف الحصار مرفوض تماماً، على إسرائيل أن ترفع الحصار كاملاً ، وعلى المجتمع الدولي ونشطاء الحرية والآمن في العالم أن يضغطوا على إسرائيل أن ترفع الحصار فوراً احتراماً للقانون الدولي لأن التخفيف يدل على بقاء الحصار وليس رفع الحصار والمطلوب رفع الحصار وليس تخفيف الحصار.

أفغانستان مقبرة الإمبراطوريات

كما كلنا نعلم أن أفغانستان تواجه العنف والحروب الأهلية والهجمات الخارجية من العقود وحتى الآن لم ينجح أي بلاد ، سواء هي السوفيتات التي هزمت هناك ، أو هو أمريكا وحلفاءها من شمال حلف الأطلسي الذي على وشك الهزيمة، على قيام الأمن فيها.

بعد مرور ثمانية سنوات، وبعد مقتل مئات من طالبان كل أسبوع، الوضع الأمني يتدهور كاملاً بل عدد القوات الأجانب الذين يقتلون أثناء المعارك التي تقع بشكل دوري مع عناصر من طالبان والقوات ، يزيد كل يوم.

هذه التطورات تدل على أن العنف لن ينهي العنف، والحرب والعمليات العسكرية ليست هي فقط حل لجميع المشاكل.

يجب على الأمريكيين والدول الأوروبية أن يفكروا بجدية على الحروب المستمرة في أفغانستان والعراق لأن هذه الحروب لم تحقق أهدافها بل القول الصحيح أن هذه الحروب فشلت على إلقاء النتيجة الحقيقية.

الحكومة الأفغانية التي أقامتها الولايات المتحدة قد فشلت في كل مجالات الحياة.

حان الوقت أن يعترف أوباما وإدارته أن العمليات العسكرية في أفغانستان لم تثمر نتائجها كما كانت متوقعة، ولا يوجد أي طريق للخروج من هذه الأزمة إلا الحوار الحقيقي بين طالبان ، لأن الحوار هو حل وحيد للخروج من هذه الأزمة التي تصبح خطراً للجميع كله ، وهذا معلوم أن طالبان لن يقبل أي حوار مع الحكومة الأفغانية بينما القوات الأجانب موجودة هناك فلذلك يجب على المجتمع الدولي أن يعترف أن طالبان هو شعب أفغاني وجزء من المجتمع الأفغاني، فعلى إدارة أوباما أن تعترف الحقيقة وتبذل قصارى جهدها للخروج من هذه الأزمة في أفغانستان.

تحقيق إسرائيلي على هجوم أسطول الحرية غير مقبول

وفقاً للإطلاعات الجديدة التي واردة من إسرائيل التي رفضت حتى الآن على أي تحقيق ، سواء هو داخلي أو دولي، بشأن إستهداف أسطول الحرية في المياه الدولي، وافقت على تحقيق إسرائيلي داخلي على الهجوم الذي شنه قوات بحرية إسرائيلية.

رفضت تركيا على أي تحقيق إسرائيلي فقط بل شدد على ضرورة قبول إسرائيل تحقيقاً دولياً شاملاً على هذا الهجوم لكي تظهر الحقيقة كما هي وليست كما تريد إسرائيل.

في الحقيقة ، أي تحقيق إسرائيلي داخلي حول الهجوم على أسطول الحرية ، سيكون خالياً من النزاهة والعدالة الحقيقية. وكيف يمكن لنشطاء الحرية والسلام الذين واجهوا هذا الهجوم الوحشي مباشرة بدون أي سبب أن يقبل لجنة إسرائلية حيثما أمل العدالة والنزاهة في التحقيق الإسرائيلي معدوم كلياً.

أي تحقيق إسرائيلي لا يثمر نتيجة واضحة وعادلة، بل التحقيق الدولي الشامل من كبار المسؤولين من تركيا، والأمم المتحدة والدول الأوروبية يمكن أن يثمر نتيجة حقيقية ويمكن أن مثل هذه الخطوات تجبر إسرائيل على عدم إستخدام مثل هذا الهجوم الذي شهد العالم قبل أسبوعين .

زيارة عمرو موسى إلى غزه

أخيراً، وصل أمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية إلى غزه لدعم شعب غزة الذي يعيش في ظل الحصار الجائر أكثر من ثلاث سنوات. أثناء لقائه مع كبار مسئولين للحكومة المقالة، عمرو موسى شدد على رفع الحصار عن غزة بشكل فوري.

السؤال ليس هو أنه لماذا لم يتوجه إلى غزه خلال السنوات الماضية ، ولماذا لم يتخذ الخطوات الصارمة لرفع الحصار عن غزة بينما هو كان يعلم أن مدينة غزة كانت تعرضت هجوماً وحشياً وهمجياً من قبل الصهاينة الإرهابية التي أغلقت كل الأبواب أمام المنظمات الإنسانية والدولية والإقليمية التي تنتظر فتح المعابر لتوفير المساعدات الإنسانية والطبية لشعب غزة, السؤال الجوهري هو أن جامعة الدول العربية ماذا فعلت لرفع الحصار عن غزة أثناء هذه ثلاث سنوات الماضية؟

لا شك فيه ، أن زيارة عمرو موسى إلى غزه خطوة حاسمة وقوية وهذه هي إعلان رسمي أن الدول العربية واقفة جنباً بجنب مع الشعب الفلسطيني في العسر واليسر وكذلك مطالبة موسى لرفع الحصار خطوة واضحة للجميع لكن شعب غزة تسأل من جامعة الدول العربية وعمرو موسى أنها ماذا فعلت حقيقياً في هذا الصدد؟

أسطول الحرية الذي قدم نموذجاً عالمياً يمكن أن نقول أنه خطوة عملية لرفع الحصار عن غزة، هل جامعة الدول العربية تفكر على إرسال سفينة عربية لكسر الحصار ؟ هل لديها خطة عملية مثلما تركيا قدقامت بأمام العالم كله؟

زيارة موسى ستكون ناجحة إذا جميع الدول العربية وحلفائها في الغرب وأوروبا سترفع أصواتها معاً لرفع الحصار ولفتح جميع معابر غزة.

Massacres, Law and the leaders

When I was studying in Darul Uloom Nadwatul Ulema, at one time, my English teacher was delivering the lecture on history of massacres and injustice. In a reply of a question, that in today's world, such massacre is possible, he said that there is less possibility that any community or any nation to be punished collectively in today's atmosphere because Media is active, Human rights organizations have much powers and entire countries in the world are signed the charter of the United Nations to respect International Law and will check the violation of human rights if it occurs. If such incident takes place in any of the country, United Nations and other Human right organizations will take strong action to prevent such massacre. After that, years have passed, and one question always strikes my mind that was my teacher right? Is it possible that such incident should be stopped immediately? Nevertheless, some massacres proved that analyzing of my teacher was wrong and my doubts turned into reality.

After few years, in India, in 1992, Babri Mosque razed, the land for which Muslims made all sacrifices, had narrowed on them in all over India, in mostly city Muslims were fleeing to save their lives. Despite the activeness of Media and existing of Human rights organizations, Muslims in entire country were on target by the Hindu right wing activists and sometimes by the police. History tells that, entire culprits and offenders of the law still are free.

After this cold blooded murder of Indian constitution by a so-called political party and Hindutva activists, in 2002, once again entire world witnessed the pogrom of Gujarat. The then central government and State government of Gujarat played a Holy with Muslims blood to strengthened their vote banks. Everything was happening at this time, was being telecasted by Media as live, but what happened. Muslims butchered, their homes looted and set on fire. Everyone tried to save his life was put on fire. Majority of people who killed in this pogrom was Muslims and majority of people who killed in police firing was Muslims. However, what happened.

No need to say that, culprits where they gone, and why security forces turn blind eye from killers and rapists? They were free at the time of pogrom and they are now free to do more.

Leave it because it is the incident of a country. See on International level. George W. Bush attacked on Afghanistan to capture for one person. Ten years are about to complete and the massacres continue there. Same situation is in Iraq. Gorge W. Bush ignored all International rule and regulations. He and his administration themselves made laws and killed everyone who opposed it. United Nations was seen a paralyzed Institution.

Look towards Israel. 50 Years have passed, all countries, which signed charter of United Nations to respect International law, are mum on it. Even those countries and such Institutions give a free hand to Israel to do what it wants and it does accordingly. Sometimes seems that such laws and such countries exit on the map of the world to support Israel on its every massacre against Palestine.

Can be imagined that a whole nation is being put under seize for last 3 years and no one has brave to end it or to raise the voice. The people of all countries demonstrated to end this blockade but it continues because some countries of the world support it.

Recently, the world witnessed how Israeli forces raided on aid ships bound to Gaza and killed the volunteers. Powerful countries of the world only issued the condemnation press notes and nothing did except the people of the countries who are on roads for justice and to end seize of Gaza.

Entire world feels pain on sole an Israeli soldier that is under the custody of Hamas but they don't feel pain for ten thousand Palestinians are languishing in Israeli Jail.

It is not mean that law and order has met to its failure, or there is need to strength it with new recommendations. Law is same, even, there are so many opportunities to fix the law and place it with the will. Because, history tells that same law was applicable to punish offenders.

How can I believe that the law has lost its strength and creditability In India, while the same laws were applied fully against those who were suspects in 1993 bomb blasts? This is the Gujarat police, who were mute spectators in Gujarat pogrom 2002, solves bomb blast conspiracy, as Gujarat police claims, within a weak of its taking place and arrest so many suspects, how to be possible for them? Same laws were applicable in entire India against innocent Muslim youths to arrest and languishing them into jail because of false charges, while these same laws how were not applicable in punishing those who found in the pogrom against Muslims.

On International level, we find same theory. United Nations, which was mute spectator on the attack led by United States against Afghanistan and Iraq, and mute on every Israeli massacre against Palestine, even it seen a failed institution on failure to end Gaza seize slapped by Israel on Palestine for more than three years, can be seen very active in slapping every kind of ban on Iraq of Saddam. Now Iran's nuclear issue is on its table.

This history forces us to believe that on National and International level law and security agencies are working very well if they directed to do that. The problem is the leaders and politicians who play game every time and paralyze every Institution and Justice Department. These are the leaders whose criminal mind turned the world into hell.

Much these leaders discuss before Media and in television studio about Human Rights and respect of Law is only an eyewash. These leaders should have to change their attitudes and leave their violence and hatred game. The most of the problem the world facing it, is for them. When their words about Human rights, justice and democracy will turn into reality, remain to be seen, but until it, the world will be free of violence and the advocators of Human Rights and Democracy will sacrifice their greedy attitudes for a free world from their dominance is only a dream.
